A Christmas Message

On Christmas Day, 1914, in the first year of World War I, German, British and French soldiers disobeyed their superiors and fraternized with "the enemy" along two-thirds of the Western Front. German troops held Christmas trees up out of the trenches with signs, "Merry Christmas." "You no shoot, we no shoot." Thousands of troops streamed across no-man's land strewn with rotting corpses. They sang Christmas carols, exchanged photographs of loved ones back home, shared rations, played football, even roasted some pigs. Soldiers embraced men they had been trying to kill a few short hours before. They agreed to warn each other if the top brass forced them to fire their weapons, and to aim high.

A shudder ran through the high command on either side. Here was disaster in the making: soldiers declaring their brotherhood with each other and refusing to fight. Generals on both sides declared this spontaneous peacemaking to be treasonous and subject to court martial. By March, 1915 the fraternization movement had been eradicated and the killing machine put back in full operation. By the time of the armistice in 1918, fifteen million people would be slaughtered.

Not many people have heard the story of the Christmas Truce. Military leaders have not gone out of their way to publicize it. On Christmas Day, 1988, a story in the Boston Globe mentioned that a local FM radio host played "Christmas in the Trenches," a ballad about the Christmas Truce, several times and was startled by the effect. The song became the most requested recording during the holidays in Boston on several FM stations. "Even more startling than the number of requests I get is the reaction to the ballad afterward by callers who hadn't heard it before," said the radio host. "They telephone me deeply moved, sometimes in tears, asking 'What the hell did I just hear?'"

I think I know why the callers were in tears. The Christmas Truce story goes against most of what we have been taught about people. It gives us a glimpse of the world as we wish it could be and says, "This really happened once." It reminds us of those thoughts we keep hidden away, out of range of the TV and newspaper stories that tell us how trivial and mean human life is. It is like hearing that our deepest wishes really are true: the world really could be different.

Malvo's mother deported

A Justice Department official said Una James, John Lee Malvo's mother, he is the youngest of the DC sniper declared guilty until proven innocent guys, is being deported to Jamaica. She left Seattle Thursday night for Los Angeles, was to fly Friday to Miami and was scheduled to arrive in Jamaica on Saturday, the official said. Malvo's mother has been allowed no contact with her son.

I find this interesting. Why is Malvo's mother being deported? Certainly Malvo's mother being deported would come as a blow to Malvo and one might come to the logical conclusion deporting Malvo's mother is a technique to get Malvo to talk. But, if we want the truth and a fair trial it seems to me Malvo's mother could provide the court and the people with important facts about her son and his activities in the United States and thus for the sake of truth it is a mistake to have deported her. Are authorities afraid Malvo's mother might say something which would prove her son is innocent of the DC sniper murders and this is why Malvo's mother was deported? Remember if Malvo can prove he is innocent of one of the DC sniper shootings he is innocent of them all. If prosecutors have nothing to conceal then they should want Malvo's mother right here in the good ole United States to support their case.

Also the last time I heard the media talking about Malvo's mother she was supposed to be living in New Jersey and she was the reason Malvo went to New Jersey. Now Malvo's mother is said to be in Seattle. Was Malvo's mother flown from New Jersey to Seattle to be interrogated or for some other reason? Seattle does not seem to be a place one would find a female Jamaican illegal alien.

There is so much information about the DC sniper murders which is being kept from the American people. The media is trying the case in the press and the press states as fact the pair is guilty of the DC sniper murders and the facts are slanted against the DC sniper suspects. One bit of information on Malvo was placed in an article which discussed the recovery of the youngest DC sniper victim who did not die. Were the facts regarding Malvo deliberately surrounded in information concerning the youngest sniper victim's suffering in an effort to slant the news? This country is making a decision to go to war in which many of our fine soldiers are going to be killed and we do not want the decision for war based upon actions of a DC sniper who is a patsy for Big George's New World Order, and not the real sniper.

The date of Malvo's trial has been set for October 2003 which seems a long time to keep a suspect in jail before his day in court. Why so long time for the trial to start? Do the authorities have a weak DC sniper case and need time to sit Malvo in jail in hopes to get Malvo to confess to DC sniper murders? Malvo may be a DC sniper but he may a patsy for Big George's New World Order real snipers. The only shooting that has been pinned on Malvo that I know of and have read facts that make sense is the shooting of a businessman in Maryland six times at close range and the guy does not die in which a laptop computer was stolen. The shooting was not a DC sniper shooting and was tied to robbery. It does not make sense this seventeen year old kid, who is such a horrible shot, or he has a conscious, he shoots a guy six times at close range and does not kill him, and then becomes a classic sniper using one bullet with perfect accuracy to kill his victims, some at night and at long distance. Facts that make sense relative to the guys from the state of Washington in this case are tied to robberies, not DC sniper murders. These guys could have been manipulated to piggyback in to some sort of ten million dollar ransom deal, but facts released so far do not come close to proving to me they are the real snipers. As an aside, investigators & good guy spies who want to catch the real shooters should look at the shooting range reports and find out who was shooting at the ranges in the month before the DC sniper murders. Unless Louie Freeh flew in his sniper or snipers, they would be practicing somewhere, possibly at Langly or some other base around DC with a shooting range. Maybe Louie flew in his thugs from California because they did play the OJ plant the ole glove trick.

When Malvo was not represented by an attorney he is alleged to have confessed to the killing of the FBI employee. I have felt the killing of the FBI employee was a hit on a specific person, an FBI employee, to take attention away from the possibility the real sniper could have ties to a clandestine branch of the government, so Malvo's confession seems as if it could have been obtained under duress and inaccurate. The guy barely speaks English and may not have a clue to what he said yes to.

In a recent article on the DC sniper case it was stated,

''There is not much pointing to Muhammad, and that is going to make it really hard to show that he was the triggerman,'' one senior law enforcement official involved in the case told The New York Times. ''There are other ways to attempt to obtain a death sentence, but this lack of evidence has been one of the most perplexing things about the case.''

- Evidence in the Washington-area sniper shootings case points to teenager John Lee Malvo as the triggerman in most if not all of the shootings, according to a published report Sunday. (The only so called evidence on the kid is a confession and this confession could easily be the result of a language misunderstanding. In honesty there is probably no real evidence on either of the guys, and they are really patsies for sneeze, sneeze, the real snipers.)

Prosecutors say they are responsible for 13 shootings over a three-week period in October that left 10 dead and three wounded in Maryland, Virginia and Washington. They also are suspected in attacks in Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana and Washington State. (All we hear is that they are guilty, but no facts to back the claim. All the authorities have is a gun that it is the same caliber as the weapon which killed the victims. This is about the same as saying the hit and run victims were hit by a 1978 Chevy & we found a 1978 Chevy with suspects so the suspects are guilty. Not necessarily. There are a lot more than one 1978 Chevy in the world and there are millions and millions of . 223 AR-15 rifles in the world and probably the real murder weapon was a bolt action . 223, or possibly a . 223 bolt action or single shot pistol, because keeping track of a semiautomatic . 223 casings in a sniper scenario is slim to impossible. Also I find it suspicious the DC sniper murders occurred right before the all important to place the world at war, November elections.

Fairfax County police are under a gag order prohibiting them from publicly disclosing nearly all aspects of their investigation. (Why? The stuff you read in the news is more negative toward the assumed guilty until proven otherwise and is being used to try the case in the press. This gag order is being enforced very selectively. If it will help convict the guys its OK, if it make create doubt as to their guilt, don't mention it.) It was imposed last week after The Washington Post cited anonymous sources saying Malvo had confessed to being the triggerman in some of the shootings.

Prosecutors and the media are saying the suspects are guilty but their case if full of holes. It makes no sense the kid would the triggerman. The media in efforts to try the pair in the media have touted how the older guy was in the military and trained in the use of the so called weapon. The entire case has now switched to guilty as the result of a confession from the younger guy who speaks little English & he did not have his lawyer present. What seems to be happening is the older guy is not taking bait and is not confessing, yet. Big George's New World Order knows a year of torture, isolation, and mind control will be all it takes to get the old guy to confess, also. But the old guy speaks English, was not born last night, and it will take a little more of Big George's NWO torture & mind control to get him to confess. Don't you think a confession in a case like this, when every single person in the world hates the DC snipers, when the New York times types media declares the guys guilty and even changes the name of one of the suspects to Mohammed to throw more prejudice in the situation, and the guys will get the needle, and they know it, is a little far fetched? Would you confess? Would Big George confess he is part of conspiracy to destroy the US, Sept. 11, and the DC sniper scam, I don't think so. These guys would never confess, no one would ever confess, and the thought of a confession as part of the DC sniper conviction should not even be taken seriously. Big George's New World order is insulting my intelligence again with BS they are using to place the world at war. God we are stupid if we fall for this. The planet deserves to die if we fall for this pack of zioni$t lie$.

The only motive associated with the guys from the state of Washington which makes half way sense is the older guy going nuts because he got screwed in a divorce, but his logical violence makes sense manifested in robberies in which people were killed. But there is NO logical motive for the young guy randomly killing people. Actually the businessman Malvo shot six times did not die, so the kid may have a conscious, something Big George and the zioni$t fa$ci$t don't have, and Malvo may not have really wanted to kill the businessman, and knew to do so is wrong and did not kill the guy because he knew killing was wrong & that is why the guy is alive. Wouldn't the world be a better place if the dirty filthy zioni$t knew it was wrong to steal and murder and con people?

Getting back to the so called confession. The young guy is just here from Jamaica so he probably speaks basically no English. It is possible the kid may have said yes thinking he was getting a glass of water, when the interrogators were getting he to admit to killing the FBI employee. Deseo un glass of agua? Usted killee the FBI girl? Si Si Darme agua. Si agua. Si he killed her. He said so. Confessed clear as a bell. Give em the needle. He is Black and an illegal alien & in the Republican legal system that means he is guilty. The kid may not have had a clue to what he is/was admitting to until he gets the needle. Oh I thought if I said yes I could get a drink of water and get out of this interrogation room, I did not know I said yes to killing an FBI employee I did not kill. Malvo's attorney should have been with Malvo when he so called confessed and he was not. Can't wait to find out what else his attorney does for Malvo. But then 99 percent of the people who get the needle have state paid for attorneys, so having a state paid for attorney in this case particularly probably means kiss your _ss good bye. This case makes sense only as an example of justice under fa$ci$m. Everything is secrete. Get on the fa$ci$t bandwagon and you will get this type of justice also.

Who has the motive and the means? Big George's New World Order. The New World Order wanted to influence a jury which was trying an assault weapons case so we can get our guns taken from us and the DC sniper murders worked perfectly. Big George's NWO got the verdict it wanted. That is a big motive. No more assault weapons. The zioni$t stock market has not made sense for years. Not natural. Its rigged. Look what the short sellers have done. Kept interest rates way too low and commodities so low farmers around the world are starving. There is one heck of a big law suit against short sellers selling gold short to give us a false sense if security in the courts right now. This is all Alan Greenspan zioni$t manipulation. One day the dollar is going to go to nothing. It is how the zioni$t$ stole from Germany in the 1920s. Same type people playing the same sick game. The reason the US is in Iraq is to steal Iraq's oil which will bolster the value of our money for a while. Then the US will have to attack country after country, steal their assets, to keep our dollar afloat. And why are we planning to go to war with North Korea? Economics. Keep the dollar afloat by stealing that part of the world. It is all a zioni$t plan to steal all the money. Sooner or later the mess is going to hit the fan and we are going to realize the dirty filthy zioni$t$ have stolen all our money again. We are going to be mad. Fighting mad. The world starving and destitute and the dirty filthy ziioni$t$ who have manipulated the theft from day one don't want an armed America to get them. What will we do when we find out the zioni$t stock market was manipulated by zioni$t$ to steal all our money via hyper-inflation? We, if we have our guns, will holocaust the dirty filthy zioni$t$ again, remember these are the guys whose generational grandfathers Crucified Christ. zioni$t know they may get holocausted again. That is why it is critical Big George's NWO get our guns & place the world at war. War is the patsy for New York City zioni$t stealing. Big George's NWO has a huge motive for being responsible for the DC snipers. Get us defenseless. You don't think Alan Greenspan stays up late at night wondering how many pieces he is going to be divided when the people realize they have been zioni$nized by his economics of destroy the little guy, again. Another reason Big George's NWO manipulated the sniper murders is the sniper case supported Little George's position that this country is under siege and helped get people to vote Republican in November. It is alleged Big George was in charge of killing Kennedy and the New World Order have thugs on their payroll who would kill innocent people for a new pair of cheap shoes, all they want is a patsy. Big George's New World Order thugs hide behind patsies, tortured confessions, and lies from our collaborators, who are zioni$t$, the New York times types media. We are living in Hitler's fa$ci$m 21st Century style. The people who need the DC snipers and have the money and the technology to pull off the DC sniper murders is Big George's New World Order, not some seventeen year old Black kid from Jamaica and a 41 year old Black guy who is mad at getting tarred and feathered by an ex wife in divorce court. The more one reads about this case the more flaky the evidence against the guys being the real DC snipers becomes. The kid speaks little English. He confesses when his attorney is not present. The older guy isn't nailed as a DC sniper. The case is being tried in the press. Why deport the mother if people want the truth? Why not let the kid talk to his mother? This is BS. How did the pair get to the DC area? They bought a car in New Jersey. Did they fly from Louisiana to DC? There have got to be others involved. There is no way to get away from Montgomery Alabama with police in hot pursuit unless there are more people involved. Who are those involved? Louie Freeh clandestine force manipulators? The same thugs who manipulate our school kid shootings, Oklahoma City, Sept. 11? The real snipers probably operated out of Langley. Can you think of any better way to get people to vote for Little George's candidates than having a Black illegal alien killing innocent Whites in DC right before the November election. Not me. Neither could Big George's New World Order. These guys are patsies. This entire DC sniper case should tell the world that everything coming out of this Administration is straight out of Hitler's fa$ci$t play book, and not believe one bit of this New York times type zioni$t lie$ being laid on us about Iraq or anything. We are talking no brain mess. If it wasn't for the New York times type media none of these Big George New World Order scams would fly. The hustles are stupid. The so called guilty are guilty because the New York times type media says they are guilty, and not logic and fact. A confession in a case like this is total & complete BS. No one would confess to something like this. Only a tortured person or a person under the influence of mind control would confess to being a DC sniper.

''It is remarkable, that even after one court has entered a permanent injunction against such leaks of information, that law enforcement personnel cannot retrain themselves to not leak information,'' Muhammad's lawyer, Peter Greenspun, told The Associated Press on Sunday.

''This story only further demonstrates how easy it is to come to conclusions on speculation and innuendo versus facts,'' Greenspun said.

The Times reported Sunday that the evidence against Malvo includes:

-His own admissions to the slayings of Linda Franklin in Falls Church on Oct. 14 and Dean Harold Meyers in Manassas on Oct. 9, and to one in Maryland. (Confession while attorney not present and Malvo could have been confused as to what he was saying Si, Si because of language difficulty, duress, ect.)

-Hair linked by DNA to Malvo in the trunk of the car police believe was used as a sniper's nest. (Was the trunk actually a sniper nest, what DC sniper murders are tied to a sniper nest in a car? or was the trunk a place for Malvo to hide because the two knew they were being chased & a car with one guy in it was less suspicious than a car with two guys with warrants out for them in the Montgomery liquor store robbery and murder?

-Malvo's fingerprints found on paper near where investigators believe the shot was fired that wounded a middle school student in Bowie, Md., on Oct. 7. (Louie Freeh thugs were probably manipulating the entire mess from day one so it would be child's play for them to get a piece of paper with Malvo's fingerprints on it and plant it near where investigators believe a shot was fired.)

-Saliva found on a grape stem on a hill where investigators believe the shot was fired that killed bus driver Conrad Johnson in Aspen Hill on Oct. 22. (Same deal. Snitch a grape stem from grapes Malvo was munching at another time and plant grape stem on a hill where investigators believe the shot was fired. Malvo eating grapes at night before a sniper murder? Grape juice on the trigger of the so called murder weapon? Malvo is not that cool. Maybe a Freeh thug sniper might eat grapes before a kill but not a highly excited seventeen year old kid who does not even know how to operate an AR-15 and shoots a guy six times and does not kill the guy in a robbery attempt. I wonder if the old guy, John Allen, is in the works with Big George's NWO & Louie to create a patsy for the real snipers? Will the old guy turn on the young one before all is said and done? Probably.)

Possibly a few people may say I am unAmerican to write as I do. I think I have a responsibility to question and there is no one with deeper roots in America than I do. Randolphs, Jefferson, Pocahantas, James K. Polk and the list of American giants which helped make this country great with a few of the same genes as mine goes on and on and on. The collaborators & zioni$t$ and fa$ci$t$ which are behind the mess are the unAmerican people in the deal to my mind.

The New York times type media likes these guys and dislikes Egypt. Compare the slant of the news relative to guys the media likes with the slant of the news relative to the DC sniper guilty until proven innocent guys.

The father of one of three Britons accused in Egypt of promoting a banned Islamic group has described his family's anxiety over the continuing trial. Britons Ian Nisbet, Reza Pankhurst and Maajid Nawaz, all in their 20s and originally from London, are being tried at Cairo's State Court. The three were arrested in April and on Monday their case was once again adjourned, to 25 December, after a day in which little progress was made. The father of Maajid, Mohammad Nawaz, who has been watching proceedings in Cairo, said his family was desperately concerned. 'Where is daddy?' "Everybody is so worried and they cannot come and see him. They cannot afford to come here." Much of the family lived in Pakistan, Mr Nawaz said. He added: "They keep ringing and they are crying on the telephone. "Maajid has a two-year old son. He remembers the police and security breaking into the house. He asks 'Where is daddy?'." The three are appearing alongside 23 Egyptian nationals, accused of trying to revive the banned Islamic group Hizb ut-Tahrir. Books and computers In an earlier hearing, dozens of books found at the homes of the three were sent to al-Azhar University in Cairo to assess whether the literature was anti-constitutional, their lawyer Sadiq Khan said. All three are accused of promoting, both in speech and writing, the goals of Hizb-ut-Tahrir or the Islamic Liberation Party - a group which is banned in many Middle Eastern countries. Both Mr Nawaz and Mr Pankhurst are also accused of possessing and distributing printed literature which "promoted Hizb-ut-Tahrir's message". Mr Pankhurst faces a third charge of possessing a computer used for "propagating" the group's ideology. The Britons are not charged with being members of the organisation, nor of attempting to overthrow the Egyptian state, said Mr Khan. Torture claims The trial resumed on Saturday after a long adjournment for Ramadan, the Muslim month of fasting. At that hearing, medical reports on injuries suffered by two Egyptian men accused of similar offences showed they bore "visible" signs of torture months after their arrest. The three Britons have also claimed they were tortured and forced to sign confessions while in custody. At an earlier hearing, Mr Pankhurst described his ordeal in prison, saying he was stripped naked and tortured with electric shocks. Egyptian authorities blame Hizb ut-Tahrir for an attempted coup in 1974 and involvement in terrorist operations.
