Florida - DNC Limits Field to Candidates DNC Says Cannot Campaign in Florida

If you are a Florida Democrat and you think you have a right to vote for every Democratic candidate who wants to be on the ballot, think again. The Democratic National Committee has said I cannot be on the Democratic Primary ballot in Florida. The DNC argument against my inclusion on the Florida Democratic Primary ballot. I am not a nationally recognized candidate for president. The reason the media ignores my candidacy is because the same bad guys, the Federal Reserve Fraud, who gave us September 11, the rigged Florida 2000 election scam, the deliberate setting of fires in California, control the GOP and DNC and pick our president, control big media and dictate which presidential candidates are allowed national media coverage. Even with this massive handicap I am still a known presidential candidate. In 2000 I had my name placed on the Democratic Presidential Primary ballots in Louisiana and New Hampshire, and 2004 on the New Hampshire and Texas ballots, and in 2008 again in New Hampshire by paying filing fees. Since 1997 I have entered 14 political races, US President(5), US Senate(1), US House(2), Mayor(1), City Council(3), County Commission(2) spending at least $75,000.00 in my own money and my results are improving. I am the only Democratic presidential candidate who pays filing fees who entered in 2000 who is still running for president in 2008, including first string candidates. In 2000 in the Louisiana Democratic Primary I came in 4th, the Texas Democratic Primary in 2004 I came in 9th, and in the New Hampshire primaries I came in around 16th. Yahoo Search has approximately 85 listings for me as a presidential candidate, possibly hundreds more listings which are linked to my four hundred or so writings, Votesmart has carried information on me since 1998 or so, and I have filed financial statements with the Federal Election Commission every three months since 1998, and all my reports are current and there has never been a complaint filed against me. Many major newspapers have mentioned my name. Two Japanese reporters traveling in the states interviewed me. Our web site Randy Crow, Democrat for President has been live since 1998 and during 2007 the monthly hits have ranged from a low of 49,800 hits per month to a high of 135,000 hits per month. A web site traffic expert told me six months ago that our presidential web site had the second most highest hits among all the presidential candidate web sites. The web site has around 400 articles published by me on most current events, clearly stating my positions, hundreds more than any of the other presidential candidates. This article will be posted there as well.

l would like to talk to the Florida voter about important issues, rigged elections, the war in Iraq, citizens losing their Constitutional rights. The DNC says "No." "The Florida voter cannot quiz any Democratic presidential candidate. " So which candidates are the Democratic National Committee allowing on the Democratic Primary ballot in Florida. The same ole same ole candidates the Democratic National Committee say are allowed to run for President as Democrats everywhere but the DNC lays on Florida another interesting twist. The Candidates the DNC says may be on the ballot in Florida are not allowed to campaign in Florida. Basically the DNC is running the Democratic Party exactly as a communi$t party is run. The DNC is dictating which candidates are allowed ballot access and then telling the candidates they are not allowed to campaign in Florida. The Democratic voter has no rights to choose its candidates or to hear information concerning important issues.

Why does the DNC not want its stable of candidates campaigning in Florida? The DNC line is its stable of candidates cannot campaign in Florida because the Florida State Democratic Party broke the DNC fiat as to when Florida may hold its primary. When this country was formed there were no political parties. When the DNC limits and dictates the candidates who are allowed to run as a Democrat for President, they are usurping the Constitutional power of states and voters to pick their president.

Logic dictates the DNC and the Florida State Democratic Party are in cahoots and the state of Florida broke the DNC fiat to keep the Democratic voters in Florida from having the right to question Democratic presidential concerning important political issues. Why do I say this? If the state of Florida Democrats really wanted to allow Democratic voters to hear answers on important political issues, they would allow Democratic candidates on the ballot, like me, and I would cheerfully answer voter questions.

What this issue boils down. What is more important, ballot access for all Democratic candidates who want their name put before the Democratic voters in Florida, all Democratic candidates fielding questions from the voters, or the DNC and the state Democratic Party deciding for the voters what the voter is allowed to hear and by the GOP and DNC's inherent power, effectively rig the election and make the decision as to which Democratic or Republican candidate is our next President. The ultimate power behind this massive scam power grab is the Federal Reserve Fraud.

By the way, the GOP and the DNC are in cahoots as well. It is really the GOP which does not want the Democratic voters questioning the Democratic candidates. The GOP does not the Florida voters quizzing presidential candidates about the rigged 2000 presidential election. So basically this country is a one party country, and that, mi amigo, is another name for communi$m.

Thomas Jefferson said "Tell the people the problems and the people will solve the problems." Well "People" you have just been told a big problem. Please solve it. If you want my suggestion. Get laws passed which dissolve the DNC and the GOP and require your state legislature to allow any Democrat who wants his name put on the primary Presidential ballot in Florida as a Democrat be allowed to have his/her name placed on the Democratic ballot. The states of Texas, Louisiana, and New Hampshire and other states allow Democrats to pay a filing fee and run in the state's Democratic primaries. Say "No" to communi$t style rigged elections and controlled questions in which voters are not allowed to have candidates' campaign.

The GOP and DNC are acting in the most un American and unConstitutional manner when they dictate which candidates are allowed to have their names presented to Democratic voters. If the Florida voters liked the 2000 Presidential election, GOP raped, they will love the 2008 Florida Democratic Presidential Preference election, gang GOP & DNC raped.

This list have been submitted to the Secretary of State who will then submit the names to the state’s Presidential Candidate Selection Committee - Secretary of State (who shall be a non­voting chair), the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President of the Senate, the minority leader of each house of the Legislature, and the chair of each political party - for final approval.
