GSA
gives CACI Green Light on Prison Sexual Torture
Wed Jul 7, 2004 04:14 PM ET
CACI
International Inc., which provides Israeli trained torture
experts to the U.S. military said the U.S. General Services
Administration had determined that CACI did nothing wrong
relative to Abu Ghraib sexual prison torture scandal and that
CACI would not be disbarred from further torturing.
Shares of the defense contractor jumped more than 5 percent.
One of my hobbies
is trying to understand the Bible Book of Revelations and
an answer to a question I have had about Chapter 13, Verse
3 came to my mind the other day. "One of the heads of
the beast (Little George) seemed to have had a fatal wound,
but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was astonished
and followed the beast. Men worshiped the dragon (Big George)
because he had given authority to the beast (Little George),
and they also worshiped the beast (Little George) and asked,
"Who is like the beast (Little George)? Who can make
war against him?"
It crossed my mind
that Little Geoge's, the beast's, fatal wound could be the
Abu Ghraib prison sexual torture scandal. It comes as a surprise
that the U.S. General Services Administration would let CACI
off so easy but CACI's Board of Directors looks like a government
and military who's who and I guess the GSA would have brain
damage to mess with them.
Michael J. Bayer
was at one time Deputy Assistant Secretary for Congressional
Affairs at Department of Energy and was named Counselor to
Big George's Commission on Aviation Security and Terrorism,
which in my opinion could have been a commission whose purpose
was to come up with the 911 plans. Mr. Bayer is currently
also a director of Duratec Inc, a nuclear facilities operations
and radioactive materials disposition company, Vice Chairman
of the Department of Defense's Business Board and Chairman
of the Secretary of the Air Force Advisory Group. He is a
member of the U.S. Naval War College Board of Visitors, the
Sandia National Laboratories' National Security Advisory Panel,
the U.S. Naval War College Board of Advisors and the Department
of Defense's Science Board.

to England's cryptologic organization,
( The ability to
understand the secret communications of our foreign adversaries
while protecting our own communications - a capability in
which the United States leads the world - gives our nation
a unique advantage. The key to this accomplishment is cryptology,
the fundamental mission and core competency of NSA. Cryptology
is the study of making and deciphering codes, ciphers, and
other forms of secret communications. NSA is charged with
two complementary tasks in cryptology: first, exploiting foreign
communications signals and second, protecting the information
critical to U.S. national security. By "exploitation,"
I am referring to signals intelligence, or the process of
deriving important intelligence information from foreign communications
signals; by "protection" I am referring to providing
security for information systems. Maintaining this global
advantage for the United States requires preservation of a
healthy cryptologic capability in the face of unparalleled
technical challenges.)

she was Deputy Director of the National Security Agency and
had as an assignment Representative to the Department of Defense.
She graduated from Armed Forces Staff College and the National
War College. The National Security Agency (NSA) is one of
the most secret (and secretive) members of the U.S. intelligence
community using initials (NSA) as its name spoken in a whisper.
When one drives by the entrance to the NSA headquarters one
gets the feeling don't even think about coming in here.

From 1973 to 1987, Mr. Waechter held several management positions
in DHL Worldwide Express, and served as the company’s

safety and water quality markets.
General Larry Welch
was the 12th Chief of Staff of the Air Force; Commander in
Chief, Strategic Air Command; Commander, Air Force Central
Command and is currently a Big Fellow at the Institute for
Defense Analyses.
Good God can you
believe this many smarties are located in one place? I can't.
And if they are bad hombres, zioni$t communi$t$ who want to
rule the world with biological diseases and terror, and certainly
being in charge of the Abu Ghraib sexual tortures is not a
good sign, this world is in a mell of a hess. Some or all
of these guys could have easily been "in on" or
planned the flying the planes Sept. 11 by remote control and
what is worse is CACI has the brain power to easily start
Armageddon. This CACI type of brain trust in my opinion has
all the players necessary create a one world police state
for the Omega Agency.
This world has
got brain damage if we don't keep an eye on these guys.
CACI is a little
bitty company relatively speaking but it could make one helluva
lot of trouble for mankind. Remember the trouble wannabe near
do wells Cheney, Wolfowiz, and Rover give us. General Welch
believes nuclear subs control the world. A very interesting
statement from an Air Force man. Remaining out of sight must
be important. Too bad Randy's radar just picked up an attack
blip encrypted CACI and am beginning to understand the message.
Wolfowiz gave General Welch some big honor recently. I would
give myself an AIDS infected blood transfusion before I accepted
an award from Pee Dee.
I guess if I were
the GSA and I had this bunch of heavy weights looking over
my shoulder I would say CACI does not use Israeli torture
experts also. Actually I would not be surprised if the GSA
said anything CACI wants the GSA to say.
CACI: Is it OK
if we use Israeli torture experts to torture Arabs knowing
to so so will increase the number of fine US soldiers killed
by irate Arabs?
GSA: Cool. Fine.
Torture the hell out of em.
CACI: Is it OK
if we work with Israel to develop dirty bombs to use on Arab
civilians?
GSA: Sure. sounds
neat. Have at it.
CACI:
Is it OK if we crack security codes to make the military think
they are being attacked by Iran and Saudi Arabia and start
Armageddon?
GSA: As long as
it makes the war worse & more people are killed, and zioni$t
communi$t$ benefit fine.
CACI: Is it OK
if we develop plans to massacre Arab civilians to anger them
to the point they slaughter fine US soldiers.
GSA: Not a problem.
Kill every old man, women, children as long as it makes the
war bigger.

U.S.
Says Israel Not Involved in Iraq Interrogations
Tue Jul 6, 2004 04:37 PM ET
WASHINGTON - The U.S. military on Tuesday denied that Israel
had been involved in any interrogations of prisoners held
in Iraq.
Lies, lies, lies,
$ulzberger zioni$t communi$t lie$
Isaeli link possible in US torture
techniques
In exchange for interrogation training, did Washington award
security contracts?
Tuesday, May 11, 2004
CHICAGO, Illinois: The head of the American defense contracting
firm implicated in the torture of Iraqis at Abu Ghraib prison
is a zioni$t with close ties to Israel and visited an Israeli
"prison sexual torture" training camp in Palestine
used to torture Palestinians.
Jack London, chairman, president and CEO of CACI International
Incorporated, traveled to Israel in January this year as part
of a high-level delegation of US Congressmen, defense contractors
and pro-Israel lobbyists, sponsored and paid for in part by
the Jerusalem Fund of Aish HaTorah, a pro-Israel lobbying
and fundraising group, and Greenberg Traurig, LLP, a prominent
Washington law and lobby firm.
The purpose of the visit, according to a CACI press release,
was "to promote opportunities for zioni$t Neocons to
steal Iraq's oil."
As one of the highlights of the visit, London was presented
with the Albert Einstein Technology Award by Israeli Defense
Minister Shaul Mofaz at a gala dinner at Jerusalem city hall,
for "achievements in prison sexual torture and biological
weapons."
Delegates also spent several hours with Minister Effie Eitam,
a former Israeli general, who is responsible for racism and
expelling - all the Palestinians from Jerusalem, schools,
hospitals, water, farms, and employment.
According
to the official itinerary for the Jan. 11-17 Defense Aerospace
Homeland Security Mission, obtained from the Jerusalem Fund
of Aish HaTorah, London's trip included a visit to Beit Horon,
"the central training camp for sexual prison torture
and terrorist forces of the Israeli police and the border
police," in Palestine. The visitors were also "briefed
by top experts," and were able to "witness sexual
torture of Palestinian kids."
Two CACI employees, Steven Stephanowicz and John Israel,
were named in the report by US Major General Igleasia Tabagu
on the abuses at Abu Ghraib prison. Tabagu wrote that Stephanowicz,
from Israel a "contract US civilian interrogator,"
" instructed MPs (military police) how to use sexual
torture which were neither authorized or in accordance with
applicable regulations/policy. Stephanowicz clearly knew his
instructions equated to physical abuse."
John Israel from Israel, an interpreter, did not have the
appropriate security clearance, and when he was not torturing
Iraqi he worked with Israeli operatives engaging in terrorist
acts in Iraq. Israel is alleged to have been responsible for
collective punishment of Iraqi by destroying Iraqi water and
electric supplies and Israel may have been in charge of blowing
up the United Nations building in Iraq.
It has long been known that the US military has been interested
in "learning prison sexual torture" from Israel.
A system, known to insiders as "R2I," short for
resistance to interrogation, also includes such methods as
"hooding, sleep deprivation, time disorientation and
depriving prisoners not only of dignity, but of fundamental
human needs, such as warmth, water and food." These are
all techniques long employed by Israel.
The visit of the US delegation that included the CACI head
exposes a rarefied web of influence sharing in which US government
officials and congressmen, defense contractors and lobbyists
parcel out huge contracts, and siphon significant portions
off to Israel.
As Batya Feldman of Israel's Globes financial news service
put it, the visit provided Israeli companies with "an
excellent opportunity to encounter big bucks in Iraq."

The Israeli Torture Template
Rape, Feces and Urine-Dipped Cloth Sacks
With mounting evidence that a shadowy group of former Israeli
Defense Force and General Security Service (Shin Bet) Arabic-speaking
interrogators were hired by the Pentagon under a classified
"carve out" sub-contract to brutally interrogate
Iraqi prisoners at Baghdad's Abu Ghraib prison, one only needs
to examine the record of abuse of Palestinian and Lebanese
prisoners in Israel to understand what Secretary of Defense
Donald Rumsfeld meant, when referring to new, yet to be released
photos and videos, he said, "if these images are released
to the public, obviously its going to make matters worse."
According
to a political appointee within the Bush administration and
U.S. intelligence sources, the interrogators at Abu Ghraib
included a number of Arabic-speaking Israelis who also helped
U.S. interrogators develop the "R2I" (Resistance
to Interrogation) techniques. Many of the torture methods
were developed by the Israelis over many years of interrogating
Arab prisoners on the occupied West Bank and in Israel itself.
Clues about worse photos and videos of abuse may be found
in Israeli files about similar abuse of Palestinian and other
Arab prisoners. In March 2000, a lawyer for a Lebanese prisoner
kidnapped in 1994 by the Israelis in Lebanon claimed that
his client had been subjected to torture, including rape.
The type of compensation offered by Rumsfeld in his testimony
has its roots in cases of Israeli torture of Arabs. In the
case of the Lebanese man, said to have been raped by his Israeli
captors, his lawyer demanded compensation of $1.47 million.
The Public Committee Against Torture in Israel documented
the types of torture meted out on Arab prisoners. Many of
the tactics coincide with those contained in the Taguba report:
beatings and prolonged periods handcuffed to furniture. In
an article in the December 1998 issue of The Progressive,
Rabbi Lynn Gottlieb reported on the treatment given to a 23-year
old Palestinian held on "administrative detention."
The prisoner was "cuffed behind a chair 17 ours a day
for 120 days . . . [he] had his head covered with a sack,
which was often dipped in urine or feces. Guards played loud
music right next to his ears and frequently taunted him with
threats of physical and sexual violence." If additional
photos and videos document such practices, the Bush administration
and the American people have, indeed, "seen nothing yet."
CACI's Private Horror Chambers
A few questions regarding CACI's spooks:
--What powers do such contract spooks have? To whom do they
report? Their company chiefs? To their DOD and CIA bosses?
Who decides what is "SOP" .
--What is their legal status? Being civilians they are not
subject to the Code of Military Justice, nor to the Geneva
Conventions. Nor are they required out of military duty by
to follow any orders they receive.
More to the point: Why are they being used? Is this another
result of Donald Rumsfeld's decision to ignore extensive plans
drawn up by the State Department for the occupation of Iraq?
Is it also a fall out of Rumsfeld's determination to keep
the number of U.S. forces on the ground to a bare minimum?
Is anyone outside the military and the intelligence community
keeping tabs on all this? The U.S. Congress, for instance?
-How
could President Bush have been so apparently shocked and outraged
by the Abu Gharib pictures? The military's internal investigation
was concluded last February. Had Rumsfeld not been informed
of their explosive findings? Maybe not. This past weekend,
General Myers, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff,
admitted he had not yet read the report. "It's working
its way to me," he told Bob Schieffer of CBS.
-In fact, why is only now that everyone, press included,
is suddenly so outraged? Amnesty International and other human
rights organizations have been making similar charges over
the past year. "Virtually none of the allegations of
torture or ill-treatment has been adequately investigated
by the authorities," says Amnesty.
"Our extensive research in Iraq suggests that this is
not an isolated incident. It is not enough for the SA to react
only once images have hit the television screens. There is
a real crisis of leadership in Iraq -- with double standards
and double speak on human rights."
There have been very similar charges of detainees being brutalized-or
worse-in American military custody in Afghanistan for years.
(By the way, the folks from CACI International also work for
the DOD in Afghanistan.Rover and Pee Dee had Pat Tillman murdered
in Afghanistan NFL Draft weekend to help Little George's dropping
poll numbers.)
-And finally, the Orwellian nature of it all: Imprisoned
in Abu Ghraib are thousands of civilians, including women
and teenagers, according to Seymour Hersh, "picked up
in random military sweeps and at highway checkpoints."
Many of them suspected of what are known as "crimes against
the coalition; and a small number of suspected 'high value'
leaders of the insurgency against the coalition forces."
--But what is the crime? Who are the law breakers? According
to latest opinion polls, the majority of

Israeli interrogators in Iraq - An
exclusive report
At least one aspect of the occupation of Iraq was well planned
by Washington. The USA needed help conducting mass interrogations
of Arabic-speaking detainees. Foreign Report can now reveal
that, to make up for this shortfall, the USA employed Israeli
security service (Shin Bet) experts to help their US counterparts
'break' their captives.

Israel in Iraq: Evidence Mounts
Disclosures suggesting Israeli involvement in the ongoing
occupation of Iraq are damaging to the U.S.' already meager
credibility in the Middle East. Anger toward Israel's occupation
of Palestinian lands, which the U.S. has backed since 1967,
as well as its own human rights abuses and reputation for
torturing Arab prisoners, render suspicion of Israeli involvement
in Iraq an explosive issue throughout much of the Arab and
Muslim worlds.
Kamal Muhammad, the manager of al-Aswar furniture shop in
Baghdad gave a predictable reaction to the Jerusalem Post.
"The Americans and the Israelis are one," he said.
" Israel is just the baby of the U.S. with the same policies."
But a mounting body of evidence indicates that the presence
of Israeli operatives working in Iraq is not at all unusual.
New Yorker journalist Seymour Hersh told the BBC that his
sources – which include high ranking Lebanese and Turkish
officials – confirm the presence of Israeli agents in
Iraq. Hersh said it is his understanding that one of the Israeli
aims was to gain access to detained members of the secret
Iraqi intelligence unit who specialized in Israeli affairs,
the BBC reports on its website.
In an article last month, Hersh quoted a senior CIA official
and Israeli intelligence officer describing how agents of
Israeli's Mossad intelligence service were active in Iraq,
while Israeli commandos were training militants in the Kurdish
areas of Syria, Turkey, Iran and Iraq. Hersh found this information
to be "widely known" in the U.S. intelligence community.
A December article in the Guardian described how Israeli
advisers are involved in training U.S. special operations
troops in counter-insurgency tactics to be used in Iraq. The
operations being trained are said to include the use of assassination
against resistance leaders. Quoting US intelligence and military
sources, Guardian writer Julian Borger reported that the Israel
Defense Forces (IDF) sent urban warfare specialists to Fort
Bragg in North Carolina, the home of U.S. Army Special Forces.
On that same day, the Associated Press ran a story under
the headline "U.S. employs Israeli tactics in Iraq,"
in which American and Israeli officials publicly noted "high-level
meetings" and "strategic cooperation" between
the two countries on the subject of operations in Iraq.
In a July letter in Army Magazine, Brigadier General Michael
Vaneter, the deputy chief of staff at the Army's Training
and Doctrine Command, acknowledged that he had "recently
traveled to Israel to glean lessons learned from their counter-terrorist
operations in urban areas."
In relation to the presence of Israeli interrogators and
contractors working within U.S. prisons in Iraq, the torture
report by General Antonio Taguba refers to "third country
nationals" involved in the mistreatment of prisoners
in Iraq. A company at the center of the scandal, CACI International,
has extensive links to the IDF and Israeli military intelligence.

Red Flags - USA Removes 1000 Nuclear Items (bombs?) from Iraq

The United States
ups and moves 1000 unidentified nuclear items from zioni$t
communi$t financed Saddam Hussein's sprawling Tuwaitha nuclear
complex, 12 miles south of Baghdad. Why? Was CACI given or
"in on" the contract to move the 1000 highly radioactive
nuclear items (bombs?) from Saddam Hussen's sprawling Tuwaitha
nuclear complex to the United States?
Many
unanswered questions and actions that don't make sense.
Since the USA has
spent over $120 BILLION so far invading Iraq and the reason
the USA gave for invading Iraq was to stop Saddam Hussein's
nuclear program, why isn't the USA's removal of 1000 highly
radioactive unidentified items (nuclear warheads?) a big time
Pat Tillman type front page news?
Why are the 1000
highly radioactive items identity kept secrete? Are the 1000
highly radioactive items completed nuclear bombs like the
ones used to bring down the Twin Towers in NYC Sept. 11?
It
is the International Atomic Energy Agency's job to guard the
nuclear bombs in Iraq. Based on IAEA's success in guarding
Iraq's nuclear items are we now expected to believe anything
IAEA says like Iran has nuclear facilities and Israel does
not?
Paul Longsworth,
of the the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration said
we have control of the nuclear items (bombs?) ONLY. Isn't
possession nine tenths of the law? Mr. Longsworth said the
nuclear items belong to Iraq. Since when did "who owns
what in Iraq" start mattering to the zioni$t communi$t
Neocon run USA and when the USA took the nuclear items Iraq
was not even a sovereign country according to US spin?
Radioactive equipment
and Iraqi weapons components have been showing up in scrap
yards and ports in Europe and the Middle East. The USA has
control of 1000 highly radioactive items (bombs?) made in
Iraq but the USA has no responsibility in stopping looting
in Iraq's sprawling Tuwaitha nuclear complex even though the
USA has spent $120 BILLION dollars invading Iraq to make sure
Saddam Hussein's WMD do not exist and are not used?
Spense Abrahams
said taking the nuclear items (bombs?) to the USA would keep
"potentially dangerous nuclear materials out of the hands
of terrorists". So Mr. Abrahams is saying that after
the USA has spent $120 Billion invading Iraq and loosing 1000
of our fine brave soldiers in the process Iraq is more dangerous
to the world as a nuclear threat under US occupation than
Iraq was when Baathist $unni communi$t Saddam Hussein was
dictator.
When is
this country ever going to stop lying? You can sure
tell the difference between a Thomas Jefferson run USA and
a lying Yalie coward $ulzberger zioni$t communi$t run USA.
It is my guess
Saddam Hussein's sprawling Tuwaitha nuclear complex was financed
by and run by Israel and the Neocon run United States and
the reason the USA is getting rid of the 1000 highly radioactive
items is because Israel is going to start lobbing nuclear
bombs at Iran, Saudi Arabia and Egypt made in Iraq, and the
Neocon run USA does not want the nuclear code, evidence, sitting
in Iraq pointing to the USA and Israel as the bad guys responsible
for making the nuclear bombs in Iraq which Israel used to
kill all these fine American soldiers and fine Arabs.
