Up for Obama Administration Genocide
Obama wants and is getting
Congress to change the Military Tribunal law so that
terrorists, that's you and me, charged by the court, of what we are charged
we may not be informed, but for the mystery offense we are charged we will be
permitted to plead guilty in capital cases. In
this unConstitutional kangaroo Military Tribunal court situation as it stands
now, Americans will not be allowed an attorney, we will not be allowed to notify
anyone, and we can be locked up indefinitely. In our Military Tribunal system
which exists now Obama has the power to have US citizens tortured, and he and
all in the process know we will confess to crimes we have not committed. This
new power Obama seeks will give a one person Military Tribunal judge, naturally
we can assume the judge will be a Rothschild/Rockefeller/Obama communi$t who
hates America, the legal right to judge and execute US citizens based upon torture
confessions. In a move straight out of Stalin's play book, Obama is working
to achieve this goal by getting the Military Tribunal Law changed by propaganda,
misinformation, and secrecy. As the law stands now, alleged enemy combatants,
that can include US citizens, face trial before multiple judges and we are not
allowed to plead guilty to crimes which guarantee we will be executed. Why are
we not allowed to plead guilty to crimes that guarantee we are executed? Because
its the normal American way and no person who has not
been tortured would plead guilty to a crime that guarantees he/she is executed.
In the current Military Tribunal trial system the court records the fact the
accused was brutally tortured to confess. We
know torture exists in the present Military Tribunal system now, why else would
three innocent Arab men confess to 911? In the Obama new law torture will be
assumed and there will be no court record of the torture. Obama will be able
to get rid of true Americans he wants gone for any reason as simply as one,
two, three. Torture, confess, execute. The Obama provision would eliminate military
prosecutors from airing the details of brutal interrogation techniques. Obama's
new law would promote and condone a process of trial and execution which consists
of taking a tortured, possibly and probably nearly dead, 183 time water boarded
man, on a stretcher, if necessary, before a Rothschild/Rockefeller/Obama communi$t
judge, the accused, ordered to say, "I did it," followed by what we
can go to the bank, a fast execution. The Rothschilds/Rockefellers Obama Administration
need this law passed because they have many law abiding US citizens they want
and need murdered. Since Obama has been president he has made changes to or
is in the process of making changes to the US Military Tribunal system which
puts the US in a state of being a de facto third world country dictatorship.
Certainly you jest. Obama, the US Constitutional lawyer would not be an advocate
of taking away Constitutional rights of US citizens and executing US citizens
without our Constitutional rights? Yep. As Jacob G. Hornberger
explains in his article,Obama
and the al-Marri Case, the Bush Administration, "From 9/11 forward,
the president wielded the power to take any American into custody as an enemy
combatant terrorist and treat him accordingly — water boarding, isolation,
indefinite incarceration, etc. No jury trial. No Bill of Rights. No Constitution."
The Bush Administration through legal maneuvering had been able to keep the
US Supreme Court from ruling on the Padilla case and thus this illegal presidential
order which eliminated our Civil Rights is still in force. Obama's nearly first
Executive Order keeps Bush's game of keeping the US Supreme Court away from
ruling on the Ali Saleh al-Marri case. Obama's Executive Order to make sure
US citizens are terrorists under the Military Tribunal Law is now a done deal.
The US Supreme Court ruled that they are out of the decision making process
of determining whether or not US citizens are terrorists. Therefore the Jose
Padilla ruling stands, US citizens are terrorists.

(Eric Holder) said that the Office of the Solicitor General would move to
dismiss al-Marri’s pending litigation before the U.S. Supreme Court, and
that al-Marri would be transferred to Department of Justice custody for criminal
prosecution as soon as the Supreme Court rules on that motion.[27] On
March 6, 2009 the U.S. Supreme court dismissed the application, remanded to
the Fourth Circuit, and instructed the Fourth Circuit to dismiss the appeal
as moot.[28] Thanks to comrade
Obama and his enablers, the Rothschilds Rockefellers and communi$t$, you and
me are terrorists who can be tried by Military Tribunal without our US Constitutional
rights. Obama has the legal right to have us tortured to get us to admit to
crimes we are not guilty. With the presidency comrade Bush handed, transferred
to comrade Obama Americans now classified as terrorists with our US Constitutional
rights as US citizens gone. comrade Little George also handed Obama the right
to torture confessions from US citizens and try them by Military Tribunal. Did
comrade Obama do what a true American president would do and right comrade Bush's
wrongs and transfer our Constitutional rights back to the people? Nope. Obama
immediately ordered his Attorney General Eric Holder by Executive Order to take
action to keep these unConstitutional rights. What's new is that comrade Obama
is taking comrade Bush's unConstitutional actions a step further and comrade
Obama is directing the US Congress to change the Tribunal Law so we, US citizens,
can be executed from a torture generated confession and guilty plea and get
executed. You say you did not hear about all this in the news? You didn't. The
Rothschild/Rockefeller owned communi$t propaganda media has not published these
unbelievable unConstitutional changes which make slaves of the American people
and puts us living in a totalitarian communi$t police state. The bad guys, Rothschilds

How do we know the three Arabs who
confessed to being responsible for September 11 that Obama wants the Military
Tribunal Law changed so they can be murdered were tortured and that is why they
confessed to 911 crimes they did not commit? Excuse me. Before we go into this
it needs to be made perfectly clear that the real people the bad guys have made
the unConstitutional changes to kill are the American people. Don't think all
this unConstitutional war on the USA is about killing Arabs. Its not. Its about
killing US citizens. To continue. We know the 911 Arab confessors were tortured
because the torture memos said they were tortured. It is
reported that the recently released May
2005 interrogation memo says that Khalid Sheikh Mohamed, who has confessed
to planning the September 11, 2001, was subjected to water boarding183
times in March 2003. How do we know Khalid Mohamed and the other two
Arabs are innocent of being responsible for September 11? 
Because
the planes flown September 11, 2001 were flown by
remote control, there were bombs placed in the buildings to bring them down,
the World Trade Center # 7 was brought down demolition style and was not even
hit by a plane, and a scientist has determined that
nano-thermite explosive brought down the buildings. Flying planes by remote
control and placing nano-thermite explosives in the buildings to bring them
down is beyond the means of Khalid Mohamed and the other two Arabs who confessed
as being responsible for September 11. Thus, they are not responsible for September
11.
The three who confessed to being responsible may have wanted to be responsible
for 911, but they weren't. So who else has the motive, and the means, to plan
and execute September 11? The bad guys who own our banking
system, the Rothschilds/Rockefellers and the communi$t$. The Rothschilds/Rockefellers
planned and executed September 11 to give the US an excuse to invade Iraq, get
the price of oil up, crash oil down to deliberately cause an economic Holocaust
and get Obama, a communi$t, elected president (Alan Greenspan created unregulated
derivatives which helped as well), get Americans classified as terrorists, establish
torture, and set Americans up to be killed by torture or confess to crimes they
did not do so that an Obama Military Tribunal will use bogus confessions to
murder true Americans. The bottom line is the Rothschilds/Rockefellers have
the motive for planning and executing September 11: Shred the US Constitution
and take the US Constitutional rights from the American people. Put the USA
and the world in the mess we are in now, all of which for them is very profitable
financially. Most importantly in determining the real guilty party for 911,
the Rothschilds/Rockefellers are the only entity in the world which has the
means to plan and implement September 11, where as Arabs do not. The picture
to the left is one of WTC # 7 being brought down by nano-thermite explosives,
it was not even hit by a plane. The picture to the right above is of a plane
whose fuel, just like the fuel, kerosene, used by the planes flown 911, has
caught on fire as the result of a runway accident. The metal of the runway plane
adjacent to the fire is not even melting! Giant beams encased in concrete hundreds
of feet from where the planes hit the WTC buildings melted. Can you tell the
difference in the size of the fires? September 11 is a Rothschild/Rockefeller
perpetrated scam for the purpose of taking our Constitutional rights away, so
we can be tortured to make us confess to crimes we did not do, so the bad guys
can create a means of stealing our money, executing us, and turing the USA into
their communist police state fiefdom.
When asked to comment on the change
to the US Military Tribunal statutes to allow an accused plead guilty to a crime
which he/she will be executed, one law professor stated it will lack international
credibility. The law change Obama seeks will anger terrorists and they will
make war on the USA and kill more of our brave soldiers. Obama is making war
on the USA, which is treason, when he asks Congress to change the Military Tribunal
statutes to allow the accused plead guilty to a crime which he will be executed
because more people will hate us and make war upon the USA. Obama's Military

Barack Obama recently confirmed he
is a blatant liar in his Cairo speech. The following lines come from Obama's
Cairo speech and it is filled with lies from a position of Obama lying to one
or more or all of the following: Arabs, US citizens, people on the planet, including
but not limited to Iranians, Russians, Indians, and/or Chinese. Some of Obama's
quotes from his Cairo speech below do not ring true and in my opinion in the
fullness of time they will prove blatant Obama lies. As time goes on I may edit
this section when proof of the lies materialize in better form than I can state
at the moment.
Obama said in his Cairo speech he
brings the goodwill of the American people and peace from the Muslim communities
in my country. Arabs do not believe the American people have goodwill toward
them and in fact by our (bad guy directed USA) murdering
over 1 million Iraqi, hundreds of thousands of USA contracted and paid for
civilian mercenary soldiers, current USA drone bombings in Afghanistan and Pakistan
which has and is killing innocent civilians, dislocating and making refugees
of millions of Arabs, and the many other dirty deeds, the facts prove Obama
is lying to Arabs and the people of the world when he says he brings US goodwill
to Cairo. Violent Arab extremists responsible for September 11, 2001 hostile
to human rights. Arabs are not responsible for Sept.11
and thus Obama's claim Arabs are responsible for Sept. 11 is a lie. New
beginnings between the United States and Muslims around the world. As the Holy
Koran tells us, "Be conscious of God and speak always the truth".

The Obama Administration is taking
one deliberate step after another which leads to the genocide of the American
people. The American people are legally defined as terrorists. The American
people have lost their US Constitutional rights to know the charges leveled
against, lost their legal right to a lawyer, and now can be tried by Military
Tribunal. The Obama Administration has the legal right to torture Americans

The Obama administration is considering a change in the law for the military
commissions at the prison at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, that would clear the
way for detainees facing the death penalty to plead guilty without a
full trial.
The provision could permit military prosecutors to avoid airing the
details of brutal interrogation techniques. It could also allow the
five detainees who have been charged with the Sept. 11 attacks to achieve their
stated goal of pleading guilty to gain what they have called martyrdom.
The proposal, in a draft of legislation
that would be submitted to Congress, has not been publicly disclosed. It was
circulated to officials under restrictions requiring secrecy. People who have
read or been briefed on it said it had been presented to Defense Secretary Robert
M. Gates by an administration task force on detention.
The proposal would ease what has
come to be recognized as the government’s difficult task of prosecuting
men who have confessed to terrorism but whose cases present challenges. Much
of the evidence against the men accused in the Sept. 11 case, as well as against
other detainees, is believed to have come from confessions they gave during
intense interrogations at secret C.I.A. prisons. In any proceeding,
the reliability of those statements would be challenged, making trials difficult
and drawing new political pressure over detainee treatment.
Some experts on the commissions said
such a proposal would raise new questions about the fairness of a system that
has been criticized as permitting shortcuts to assure convictions.
David Glazier, an associate professor
at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles who has written about the commission system,
said: “This unfortunately strikes me as an effort to get rid of the problem
in the easiest way possible, which is to have those people plead guilty and
presumably be executed. But I think it’s going to
lack international credibility.”
The draft legislation includes other
changes administration officials disclosed last month when President Obama said
he would continue the controversial military commission system with changes
that would increase detainees’ rights. It is not known
whether the White House has approved the proposed death penalty provision. A
White House spokesman declined to comment.
The provision would follow a recommendation
of military prosecutors to clarify what they view as an oversight in the 2006
law that created the commissions. The law did not make clear if guilty pleas
would be permitted in capital cases. Federal civilian courts and courts
in most states with capital-punishment laws permit such pleas.
But American military justice
law, which is the model for the military commission rules, bars members of the
armed services who are facing capital charges from pleading guilty. Partly
to assure fairness when execution is possible, court-martial prosecutors are
required to prove guilt in a trial even against service members who want to
plead guilty.
During a December tribunal proceeding
in Guantánamo, the five detainees charged with coordinating the Sept.
11 attacks said they wanted to plead guilty. Military prosecutors argued that
they should be permitted to do so. Defense lawyers argued that tribunals should
follow American military law and bar the guilty pleas. The military judge has
not yet made a decision.
Lawyers who were asked about the
administration’s proposed change in recent days said it appeared to be
intended for the Sept. 11 case.
“They are trying to give
the 9/11 guys what they want: let them plead guilty and get the death
penalty and not have to have a trial,” said Maj. David J. R. Frakt of
the Air Force, a Guantánamo defense lawyer.
The military commission system
has been effectively halted since January while the administration
considers its options. The only death penalty case now before a military judge
is the case against the five detainees charged as the planners of the Sept.
11 attack, including the self-proclaimed mastermind, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed.
Cmdr. Suzanne M. Lachelier, a Navy
lawyer for one of the detainees in the Sept. 11 case, Ramzi Bin al-Shibh, said
of the Obama administration, “They’re encouraging martyrdom.”
The administration has not announced
whether it will continue with the Sept. 11 case in the military commissions
or charge some of the men in federal court. Officials involved in the process
said that lawyers reviewing the case have said that federal-court charges against
four of the men might be possible, but that the evidence might be too
weak for a federal court case against one of the five, Walid Bin Attash,
a veteran jihad fighter who was known as Khallad.
Dean Boyd, a Justice Department spokesman,
said no decisions had been made about where the men would be prosecuted. Mr.
Boyd said it was premature to discuss any legislative proposals. But, he said,
“As the president has said, the administration is working diligently to
identify possible legislative amendments to the current military commission
system.”
A bill presented to Congress seeking
changes in the commissions could open a new debate about the system for trying
terrorism suspects. The administration is already in a standoff with Congress
over financing for Mr. Obama’s plan to close the Guantánamo prison
by January.
In the Sept. 11 case, the five detainees
have seemed to be daring the United States to put them to death,
expressing pride in their acts of what they call jihad against America, which
they described as “the terrorist country,” and its allies, “the
filthy Jews.”
In December, the military judge,
Col. Stephen R. Henley, ordered written arguments from lawyers. “Can an
accused plead guilty,” Colonel Henley asked, “to a capital offense
at a military commission?”
The military prosecutors argued that
Congress had a “clear intent” to permit guilty pleas in death penalty
cases at Guantánamo. They note that a detainee could be sentenced to
death only after a unanimous vote by a panel of military officers.
Critics of the military commission
system say that the battles over its fairness show that any execution would
bring new scrutiny around the world. They say the prosecutors
should be required to present evidence proving that anyone who is to be executed
was actually guilty of the crimes charged.
Requiring prosecutors to reveal what
they know about detainees and how they know it would cast light both on the
interrogation techniques used against the men and the acts of terrorism for
which they are facing death, said Denny LeBoeuf, an American Civil Liberties
Union lawyer who works on Guantánamo death penalty issues.
“Don’t we have an interest
as a society,” Ms. LeBoeuf asked, “in a trial that examines the
evidence and provides some reliable picture of what went on?”

According to the Red Cross, some 40,000 civilians remain in the Swat Valley,
a month after the beginning of the Pakistani military’s massive offensive.
Millions of civilians have fled the area, and many of them are living in heavily
crowded, government-run camps.
One of the many IDP camps housing SwatisConditions are grim, according to representative
Michael von Bergen. “Every time we entered a village, hundreds of people
asked for help,” Bergen said. “Those who did not leave are now desperate.
They need food, clean water and working medical facilities.”
The Pakistani military has said it
expects the war to be over in a matter of days, but it has been making that
claim for nearly two weeks now. In the meantime, the military is preventing
civilians from returning home and as recently as this weekend dropped leaflets
ordering more residents along the valley’s periphery to flee their homes.

Citing the disastrous 2003 US invasion of Iraq as an example, Secretary of State
Hillary Clinton today warned that by continuing to refuse to abandon its civilian
nuclear program, Iran was risking the possibility of an invasion by the US or
“some other enemy that would do that to them.”
The comments came during an interview
on ABC’s “This Week” program, and when asked by interviewer
and former Clinton-era official George Stephanopoulus, Secretary Clinton reiterated
“that’s right, as a first strike.”
The bulk of the interview emphasized
US opposition to the Iranian program, along with unquestioned claims that the
nation was pursuing nuclear weapons. Secretary Clinton also extended the American
nuclear umbrella over Israel in the event that Iran attacked them.
Considering it was no more than 72
hours ago that President Obama made his historic call for a “new beginning”
to US relations with the Muslim world, it seems incredible that his administration
is already raising the prospect of an Iraq-style invasion of Iran.
Already six years in, the Iraq occupation
has killed thousands of US soldiers, sucked trillions from the American economy,
and is stretching the military to its limits. It is unfathomable that with this
war still far from over, the Obama Administration is considering an Iraq redux
in its larger neighbor to the east.

The praise heaped on President Obama
for his speech to the Muslim world by writers on the left, both here and abroad,
is disturbing. I’m referring to people who I think should know better,
who’ve taken Politics 101 and can easily see the many hypocrisies in Obama’s
talk, as well as the distortions, omissions, and contradictions, the true but
irrelevant observations, the lies, the optimistic words without any matching
action, the insensitivities to victims. Yet, these commentators are impressed,
in many cases very impressed. In the world at large, this frame of mind borders
on a cult.
In such cases one must look beyond
the intellect and examine the emotional appeal. We all know the world is in
big trouble — Three Great Problems: universal, incessant violence; financial
crisis provoking economic suffering; environmental degradation. In all three
areas the United States bears more culpability than any other single country.
Who better to satisfy humankind’s craving for relief than a new American
president who, it appears, understands the problems; admits, to one degree or
another, his country’s responsibility for them; and “eloquently”
expresses his desire and determination to change US policies and embolden the
rest of the world to follow his inspiring example. Is it any wonder that it’s
1964, the Beatles have just arrived in New York, and everyone is a teenage girl?
I could go through the talk Obama
gave in Cairo and point out line by line the hypocrisies, the mere platitudes,
the plain nonsense, and the rest. (”I have unequivocally prohibited the
use of torture by the United States.” — No mention of it being outsourced,
probably to the very country he was speaking in, amongst others. … “No
single nation should pick and choose which nation holds nuclear weapons.”
— But this is precisely what the United States is trying to do concerning
Iran and North Korea.) But since others have been pointing out these lies very
well I’d like to try something else in dealing with the problem —
the problem of well-educated people, as well as the not so well-educated, being
so moved by a career politician saying “all the right things” to
give food for hope to billions starving for it, and swallowing it all as if
they had been born yesterday. I’d like to take them back to another charismatic
figure, Adolf Hitler, speaking to the German people two years and four months
after becoming Chancellor, addressing a Germany still reeling with humiliation
from its being The Defeated Nation in the World War, with huge losses of its
young men, still being punished by the world for its militarism, suffering mass
unemployment and other effects of the great depression. Here are excerpts from
the speech of May 21, 1935. Imagine how it fed the hungry German people.

I conceive it my duty to be perfectly
frank and open in addressing the nation. I frequently hear from Anglo-Saxon
tribes expressions of regret that Germany has departed from those principles
of democracy, which in those countries are held particularly sacred. This opinion
is entirely erroneous. Germany, too, has a democratic Constitution.
Our love of peace perhaps is greater
than in the case of others, for we have suffered most from war. None of us wants
to threaten anybody, but we all are determined to obtain the security and equality
of our people.
The World War should be a cry of
warning here. Not for a second time can Europe survive such a catastrophe.
Germany has solemnly guaranteed France
her present frontiers, resigning herself to the permanent loss of Alsace-Lorraine.
She has made a treaty with Poland and we hope it will be renewed and renewed
again at every expiry of the set period.
The German Reich, especially the
present German Government, has no other wish except to live on terms of peace
and friendship with all the neighboring States.
Germany has nothing to gain from
a European war. What we want is liberty and independence. Because of these intentions
of ours we are ready to negotiate non-aggression pacts with our neighbor States.
Germany has neither the wish nor
the intention to mix in internal Austrian affairs, or to annex or to unite with
Austria.
The German Government is ready in
principle to conclude non-aggression pacts with its individual neighbor States
and to supplement those provisions which aim at isolating belligerents and localizing
war areas.
In limiting German air armament to
parity with individual other great nations of the west, it makes possible that
at any time the upper figure may be limited, which limit Germany will then take
as a binding obligation to keep within.
Germany is ready to participate actively
in any efforts for drastic limitation of unrestricted arming. She sees the only
possible way in a return to the principles of the old Geneva Red Cross convention.
She believes, to begin with, only in the possibility of the gradual abolition
and outlawing of fighting methods which are contrary to this convention, such
as dum-dum bullets and other missiles which are a deadly menace to civilian
women and children.
To abolish fighting places, but to
leave the question of bombardment open, seems to us wrong and ineffective. But
we believe it is possible to ban certain arms as contrary to international law
and to outlaw those who use them. But this, too, can only be done gradually.
Therefore, gas and incendiary and explosive bombs outside of the battle area
can be banned and the ban extended later to all bombing. As long as bombing
is free, a limitation of bombing planes is a doubtful proposition. But as soon
as bombing is branded as barbarism, the building of bombing planes will automatically
cease.
Just as the Red Cross stopped the
killing of wounded and prisoners, it should be possible to stop the bombing
of civilians. In the adoption of such principles, Germany sees a better means
of pacification and security for peoples than in all the assistance pacts and
military conventions.
The German Government is ready to
agree to every limitation leading to abandonment of the heaviest weapons which
are especially suitable for aggression. These comprise, first, the heaviest
artillery and heaviest tanks.
Germany declares herself ready to
agree to the delimitation of caliber of artillery and guns on dreadnoughts,
cruisers and torpedo boats. Similarly, the German Government is ready to adopt
any limitation on naval tonnage, and finally to agree to the limitation of tonnage
of submarines or even to their abolition, provided other countries do likewise.
The German Government is of the opinion
that all attempts effectively to lessen tension between individual States through
international agreements or agreements between several States are doomed to
failure unless suitable measures are taken to prevent poisoning of public opinion
on the part of irresponsible individuals in speech, writing, in the film and
the theatre. The German Government is ready any time to agree to an international
agreement which will effectively prevent and make impossible all attempts to
interfere from the outside in affairs of other States. The term ‘interference’
should be internationally defined.
If people wish for peace it must
be possible for governments to maintain it. We believe the restoration of the
German defense force will contribute to this peace because of the simple fact
that its existence removes a dangerous vacuum in Europe. We believe if the peoples
of the world could agree to destroy all their gas and inflammable and explosive
bombs this would be cheaper than using them to destroy one another. In saying
this I am not speaking any longer as the representative of a defenseless State
which could reap only advantages and no obligations from such action from others.
I cannot better conclude my speech
to you, my fellow-figures and trustees of the nation, than by repeating our
confession of faith in peace: Whoever lights the torch of war in Europe can
wish for nothing but chaos. We, however, live in the firm conviction our times
will see not the decline but the renaissance of the West. It is our proud hope
and our unshakable belief Germany can make an imperishable contribution to this
great work.[1]
