Exxon and Other Oil Companies - Marking Up Gasoline 99 Cents per Gallon or More

The coward owners of the Federal Reserve Fraud are making war on the American people by price fixing the price of gasoline incredibly high. A barrel of crude oil sold, closed Friday May 4, 2006 on the New York Mercantile commodity exchange for $61.93 per barrel. There are forty two gallons in a barrel of oil. This means one gallon of crude oil cost $1.48 per gallon on Friday. Add 45 cents per gallon tax and one gallon of gasoline cost $1.93 per gallon. A gallon of unleaded regular gasoline sold at discount gasoline stations in North Carolina Friday for $2.919 cents per gallon. This means oil companies are marking up gasoline .99 cents per gallon. Nearly a dollar a gallon markup is outrageously high. Oil companies are marking up gasoline approximately two thirds, or 67 percent. Since Exxon and other companies owned by the oil monopoly have basically no cost basis for much of their crude oil, there profit is actually the entire $3.00 per gallon, less taxes, for many of the millions of gallons of gasoline they sell.

For years oil companies marked gasoline up ten or fifteen percent or much less. During the twenty five years or so I was working or connected to the retail gasoline business in and around Houston gasoline was marked up anywhere from a penny a gallon to possibly on the high side of fifteen cents per gallon. Since comrade Little George has been president the oil business has become totally and completely non competitive, a coward communi$tic price fixed entity. Thanks to comrade Cheney and the James Baker and their price fixing commission basically all competition has been taken out of the oil and gas business. Lt. Col. William H. Steele - an American hero?

Lt. Col. William H. Steele was stationed where Saddam Hussein was being held before Saddam Hussein hanging was faked. Saddam Hussein was not hanged and it is my guess Lt. Col. William H. Steele has proof of the scam and is in trouble with the military because Steele has proof Saddam Hussein was not hanged.

Lots of Sneezes

The Army tells NBC News that military police arrested Lt. Col. William H. Steele, stationed at Camp Cooper, several weeks ago and that he is being held at a detention facility in Kuwait. He now faces an Article 32 hearing, the military's equivalent of a grand jury investigation, to determine whether there is sufficient evidence to prosecute him.

An Army statement listed these charges against Steele: "One specification of a violation of Article 104, aiding the enemy; one specification of a violation of Article 134, retaining classified material; five specifications of a violation of Article 92, failure to obey lawful orders for wrongfully storing classified materials, improperly marking classified materials.."

Camp Cropper, located near Baghdad International Airport, is the Army's main holding facility for Iraqi insurgents and detainees. Several thousand people are held there now. Saddam Hussein was held there prior to his execution in December.
