We know September 11 is/was a home grown Neocon make war on the USA. The photo to the left proves it. What is shown in the featured frame are demolition bombs exploding in WTC-7 building which came down September 11 and it was not even hit by a plane. So when comrade Little George tells us "Iraq withdrawal may spark 9/11 repeat" he is saying in effect the guys responsible for september 11, the Neocons, may attack us again.

Neocon communi$t Dictator Little George, asked for 23,000 additional troops and he is gloating, throwing up in our faces, the fact that our Neocon directed insurrecting US Congress have given him so far 30,000 new troops in Baghdad. Little George lies to us when he says these troops are calming and cutting down on death and misery in Baghdad - the daily log of death and destruction tell the story Iraq is awash with blood. We know Easter is approaching because at the Shiite mosque Imam al-Abass was ordered searched by the US military and fifty Shiites civilians praying were detained. When our Neocon communi$t directed military orders actions which desecrate Holy places this translates in to the deaths of more of our brave soldiers and supports the Arab and Persian position the Neocon led American people and the USA is a Satanic Godless country.

Dictator Little George told Democrats he would veto any bill that did not fund victory. Democrats should answer Dictator Little George by starting impeachment proceedings against him. One reason Dictator Little George should be impeached is because he is not keeping his Oath of Office to protect and defend the US Constitution and another reason Dictator Little George should be impeached is that he has not defined the enemy. Our original enemy was Saddam Hussein Sunni Baathist communi$t$ and now our enemy has changed to Shiites in Iraq and Iran, Saddam Hussein's Baathist communi$t$' sworn enemy. In my opinion Little George's enemy is the US Constitution and Neocon directed wars are means and distractions to overthrow the USA form of Constitutional government. When Dictator Little George threatens veto until victory he is saying in effect the US Congress must fund the Neocons until the United States is a communi$t country run by a Dictator. The problem with my claim is that comrade Little George is already running the USA as a de facto Dictatorship and contrary to the US Constitution. It is bad enough the Executive is not keeping his Oath of Office, it is worse the members of the US Congress are not keeping their Oath of Office to force the Executive to keep his Oath of Office.

It is horrible the US Constitution is being changed because members of the US Congress are not keeping their Oath of Office to protect and Defend the US Constitution. What is worse, however, is the Neocon Department of propaganda changing the US Constitution by media writing and telling us over and over that comrade Little George is Commander in Chief of the military without limits. comrade Little George is Commander in Chief of our military forces only when our military forces are called in to service by, not the Executive, but when our military is called in to service by Congress. comrade Little George and the Department of Propaganda want us to think comrade Little George is Commander in Chief by himself and without the consent of Congress. Wrong. Very wrong. US Constitution Article II. Section. 2. The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy, and the Militia of the several states, when called into actual Service of the United States; It is treason to interpret the US Constitution as giving the Executive the right to call the military in to Service. Call to Service means where our military goes. At no time in US history has the Executive ever called the military in to Service. The US Congress has always decided where our military goes, ie. The US Congress calls our military in to Service and out of Service. When the US Congress abrogates its responsibility to call the military in to and out of Service the US Congress commits treason and abrogates the entire US Constitution, the power to rule reverts back to the people, and the USA is in a state of Civil War. US Constitution Article 6. The US Constitution exists pursuant upon the members of the Executive and US Congress keeping their Oath of Office. No taxes, No salaries, No military, power to rule reverts back to the people and the USA is in a state of Civil War when the Executive and the majority of the members of Congress fail to live by the Constitution by not keeping their Oath of Office to protect and defend the US Constitution.

Patrick Buchanan writes Nancy Peloski Strips Requirement Little George Seek Congressional Approval Launching War on Iran from Funding Bill

The US Constitution directs the US Congress to decide whether or not our military forces go in to "Service" in Iran or "Service" any place at any time. Nancy Peloski does not tell the US Constitution what the US Constitution directs her and all members of Congress to do. If Little George orders or allows our military to enter Iran on any pretense he is not keeping his Oath of Office and has committed treason and an impeachable offense. The Executive ordering our military to invade a country before Congress orders the Executive to direct our military to invade a country Constitutionally the Executive is making war on the states - treason. If Nancy Peloski and other members of Congress do not start impeachment proceedings against the Executive if our military steps one inch inside Iran or bombs Iran then Nancy Peloski and the other members of Congress are not keeping their Oath of Office and they have committed an impeachable offense. Pelosi's Capitulation

If George W. Bush launches a preemptive war on Iran, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will bear full moral responsibility for that war.

For it was Pelosi who quietly agreed to strip out of the $100 billion funding bill for Iraq a provision that would have required President Bush to seek congressional approval before launching any new war on Iran.

The Executive does not run the Federal Court System, Congress does. With a 94-2 vote, the Senate passed a bill that canceled a Justice Department-authored provision in the Patriot Act that had allowed the attorney general to appoint U.S. attorneys without Senate confirmation. Democrats say the Bush administration abused that authority when it fired the eight prosecutors and proposed replacing some with White House loyalists.

De Facto Dictator Bush Threatens Veto of a Bill which Substitutes Mandates of Congress above Desires of Military Commanders

The pieces of the puzzle become clearer. One purpose the Neocon communi$t$ gave us Sept. 11 and the Iraqi War aftermath is to change the intent of the US Constitution. comrade Little George running his mouth and saying he is going to veto a Bill because the Bill states Congress has power to call our military in to Service over the desires of the military is the Executive failing to keep his Oath of Office to protect and defend the US Constitution. Not only does Article I. Section 8. of the US Constitution give Congress Power to call our military to Service it give Congress power " to make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces; Once again, US Constitution, Article VI, if Congress and Executive fail to do their jobs, keep their Oath of Office, the US Constitution ceases to exist - No taxes, No salaries, No military - the power to rule reverts back to the people and the USA is in a state of Civil War. F William Engdahl is a smart cookie and he writes that Russia has figured out that the Neocons intend to make war on Russia. Russia is an unhappy camper but realizes it has no choice but to arm for a war against the Neocon directed United States. India and China are in the process of coming to the same conclusion as Russia, the Neocon directed USA intends to make war on India and China as well. The Last Days of Constitutional Rule?

The Bush administration's greatest success is its ability to escape accountability for its numerous impeachable offenses.

The administration's offenses against US law, the US Constitution, civil liberties, human rights, and the Geneva Conventions, its lies to Congress and the American people, its vote-rigging scandals, its sweetheart no-bid contracts to favored firms, its political firing of Republican US Attorneys, its practice of kidnapping and torturing people in foreign hellholes, and its persecution of whistle blowers are altogether so vast that it is a major undertaking just to list them all.

Bush admits that he violated the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and spied on US citizens without warrants, a felony under the Act. Bush has shown total disrespect for civil liberty and the Constitution and has suffered rebukes from the Supreme Count. The evidence is overwhelming that the Bush administration manufactured false "intelligence" to justify military aggression against Iraq. The Halliburton contract scandals are notorious, as is the use of electronic voting machines programmed to miscount the actual vote.

The chief-of-staff to Vice President Cheney has been convicted for obstructing justice in the outing of a covert CIA officer. Proof of torture is overwhelming, and the Bush administration has even had the temerity to have permissive legislation passed after the fact that permits it to continue to torture "detainees." The Sibel Edmonds and other whistle blower cases are well known. The Senate Judiciary Committee has just issued subpoenas to Justice (sic) Dept. officials involved in the scandalous removal of US Attorneys who refused to be politicized.

Yet the Democrats have taken impeachment "off the table." Many Democrats and Republicans and a great many Christians can contemplate illegal military aggression against Iran, but not the impeachment of the greatest criminal administration in US history. Far from being scandalized by what the entire world views as an unjust invasion and occupation of Iraq by the US, leading Democratic and Republican candidates for the 2008 presidential nomination rushed to inform the Israel Lobby, AIPAC, that they, if elected, will keep US troops in Iraq.

The previous occupant of the White House could not escape being impeached by the House of Representatives for lying about a consensual Oval Office sexual affair. President Nixon and his vice president, a saintly pair compared to Bush-Cheney, were both driven from office for offenses that are inconsequential by comparison. Liberals branded Ronald Reagan the "Teflon President," but the neoconservatives' Iran-Contra scandal was a mere dress rehearsal for their machinations in the Bush regime.

What explains Bush-Cheney invulnerability to accountability?

Perhaps the answer is that Bush has desensitized us. Like kids desensitized to violence by violent video games and movies and pornography addicts desensitized to sex, we have become desensitized by the avalanche of Bush-Cheney crimes, lies, and disdain for Congress, courts, and public opinion.

Our elected representatives, if not the American people, now regard as normal such heinous actions as war crimes, the rape of the Constitution, self-serving use of government office, and the constant stream of lies and propaganda from the highest offices of the executive branch.

Perhaps that is what disillusioned foreigners, who once looked with hope to America, mean when they say that America does not exist anymore.

If the notion has departed that the highest political offices in the land are supposed to be occupied by people who are honest and faithful to their oath to the Constitution, then we are far advanced on the road to tyranny.

In future history books, will Bush-Cheney mark the transition of the United States from constitutional rule to the unaccountable rule of the unitary executive who cancels out Congress with signing statements and silences critics with the police state means that are now part of the US legal code?
