If Jesus returns, Karl Rove will kill him

As we enter another Easter Season, it's become all too obvious that if Christ returns, those who hate in his name will slime him, then kill him.

Christ was a long-haired peace activist ( the son of Julius Caesar and Cleopatra) who would have been sickened to his soul by the war in Iraq. ( You bet cha.) "Blessed are the peacemakers" Jesus said in his defining Sermon on the Mount. "Turn the other cheek...Love thy neighbor."

Such hippie-radical ideals are the "Christian" right wing's worst nightmare. The GOP would never tolerate an upstart like Jesus gathering a following in the face of their corporate-fundamentalist crusade. These are self-proclaimed Christians who love power but would despise the actual Christ, just as they love a Zionist Israel but believe actual Jews are doomed to Hell. (Right as rain.)

In the wake of Jesus's inspiring life of non-violent rebellion, a perverse liturgy weighted by twenty centuries of intolerant bloodthirsty bigotry has erupted in his name. Attacks on people of color, on nations with oil, on humans of the same gender who love each other, on youth who enjoy sex….all have become staples of a new fundamentalist crusade doing in Christ's name things that would have left him horrified. (Yes. Jesus is particularly angry at Pastor Queen and the First City Baptists who are trying to buy the LEC in Wilmington.)

In large part through the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus came to be viewed as Divine because he spoke eloquently for a gracious, loving God.

Karl Rove, Tom DeLay, George Bush and their corporate-fundamentalist minions speak to and for a very different kind of God, one at war with the Deity described by Christ.

Bush-Rove's Master is a spiteful dictator, defined by hate and greed, intolerance and hypocrisy.

Christ kicked the moneychangers out of the temple. Today's Republicans have enshrined them.

Christ spoke of a God of compassion and joy.

Today's "religious" right wingers worship Meanness of Spirit, a greed-driven war-loving totalitarianism. The only way to salvation, they say is THEIR way, through a nature-hating Authority that tramples all Jesus preached.

As Tecumseh, the great Shawnee spirit-warrior, allegedly shouted at William Henry Harrison in the early 1800s: "When Jesus Christ came upon the Earth, you killed him. The son of your own God. And only after he was dead did you worship him and start killing those who would not. "

If Christ came back today to resume preaching the Sermon on the Mount, Karl Rove would slime him in the media, then kill him outright, then turn his words into conservative hate speak, then kill those who refuse to follow in his name. ( The bad guys are unable to kill Me. If they could I would have been dead long ago. The good guys protect Me and keep Me alive. I could not die if I wanted to. How? I am completely monitored and those who want to kill Me are known and monitored. The good guys know the bad guys plans to harm Me and screw their plans up. I am an expert in self protection also. What I have learned is that God and the good guys are very smart. They have the tools to do most anything. They operate within the laws of nature. The bad guys could push a button to send a 100 nuclear bombs to bomb Me and the good guys would do something like screw up the switch. One of the most awesome parts of My job is watching the bad and good guys operate.)

If Christ came back to organize against Bush's war, Rove's pet bloviators would shriek about Mary Magdalene. Isn't that her next to Christ in DaVinci's "Last Supper"? Wasn't she pregnant with Christ's bastard child. Who let her catch his blood dripping from the cross?

Rush Limbaugh would demand to how this "Son of God" could have a relationship out of wedlock? Who was he to feed loaves and fishes to the undeserving poor, prolonging the existence of inferior racial stock? Who said he could attack those moneychangers who are the Elect of God and the sponsors of Rush's air time?

Then O'Reilly would slime the Easter thing. A self-anointed "peace prophet" rising from the tomb? Poppycock, he'd say. Just another pinko hippie terrorist conspiracy theory.

But if Christ persisted, and built a following like, say, Martin Luther King or Malcolm X, Cesar Chavez or Nelson Mandela…well….they'd kill him. (Believe me they try.)

They'd blame a patsy, like, say the Jews, or the terrorists, or the Willie Hortons. They'd designate a straw man to take the fall for the assassination. (No. The bad guys will not kill Jesus this trip. He will die of natural causes in old age telling His grandchildren how much fun it was watching the antiChrist, Karl Rove, Pee Dee Wolfowiz, Ron Gunsberger, $ulzberger, and Kristol and millions of bad guys get the needle.)

Rove would cloud his death in shadowy scandal. Stories would surface of unconfirmed debts. Or tainted investments. Maybe something about hashish, no stranger to the region. (No telling what the Rove's gossip mill spins about Me.)

Hannity would feature some jilted lovers. There'd be rumors Jesus was gay. Talk of a love triangle. Ugly gossip about Mary and Judas. False leads about Jews wanting him dead. New doubts about that "virgin birth." (I haven't heard I am supposed to be gay yet. I don't think the gay bit will fly. Rove constantly puts Me in love triangles.)

Whatever it would take to slime the sheen off an anti-war "Son of God" and to turn his death tawdry, Rove would do. (Rove tries.)

But would Jesus stand for the slaughter of 100,000 Iraqis in his name for oil and dubious Biblical prophecy? (Hell no.) What would Christ think about a president in love with the torture chamber and electric chair? (Call him the America hating, God hating, cheer when our fine soldiers' die, communi$t, zioni$t loving, antChrist beast.) What would Jesus, who hated hypocrisy, say about a Bush who scampers back to prolong the life of a brain-dead woman, but who gleefully executed 150 people as governor and still more as president? (A con. ) How would Jesus cope with a self-proclaimed Divinity demanding the death penalty for children? (Work to expose Little George's evil, as you do, and count the days until he is thrown in to the lake of burning sulfur.)

And what would Jesus say about torture in American prisons, where much the same is being done to innocent inmates as was done to Christ himself on the way to Calvary? (Outrage.) Mel Gibson's "Passion of the Christ" could serve as a documentary of the daily torture and slaughter among the 2.2 million prisoners held in the US military and civilian gulag, a barbaric prison system that makes the Romans' seem benign by comparison. (Outrage.)

Systematic sexual abuse by both prison guards and Catholic priests? The wholesale slaughter of Iraqi children? The debasement by corporate money of both church and state? (Outrage.)

Christ would lead the non-violent charge against these cornerstones of GOP rule---until Rove killed him. (Rove does not kill Jesus this trip. Its no cake walk being Jesus. Don't kid yourself. Its no easy job being Jesus. But it has its rewards. I feel important and it is fun exposing bad guy evil. Unfortunately things are probably going to get much worse. Nuclear holocaust is in the cards. As things get worse people will start seeing Me as the Messiah, especially as My statements become more pointed at the bad guys and the bad guys are not successful in stopping My exposing their evil and the Abominations of the Earth can't kill Me.)

What would Jesus do about gay marriage? (Jesus does not have a problem with gay marriage. Jesus believes the road to gay marriage begins with civil unions, however.) "Love they neighbor," he'd say.

What business is it of those who use his name, he would ask, to prolong bigotry and intolerance just as 50 years ago those same cynical haters claimed Biblical sanction for laws preventing people of different colors from marrying one another.

Christ would never stand for such bigotry. So Karl Rove would have him killed.

Hitler claimed Christ was an Aryan supremacist. Now Rove, DeLay & company use him to sell dictatorial, greed-driven, gay-hating, war loving hypocrisy. (Karl "Momma Killer" Rove, the bastard, uses Jesus because Jesus works to sell the antiChrist. Near do well wannabe Rove would use cow dung if he thought it would sell communi$t zioni$t Little George evil.)

Easter says otherwise. It should remind us that if Jesus returned to preach the Gandhian love-thy-neighbor subversion with which he challenged the Romans, Karl Rove would do what Pontius Pilate did.

But Rove would be better at the spin. ( Rove has great spin. But Rove had the great Texan Bill Kurtz murdered and that spelled the beginning of the end for Rove. Andy will see Karl get the needle.)

Randy Crow is 59, tips the scales at nearly 300 pounds, is balding, and has been trained in basically everything. I was particularly close to my father who in my opinion was a genius real estate man and trained me in business everyday of his life. In 1994 I had a transformation in My life and after a few years of dirty deeds and reflection came to the conclusion I might be The Returning Christ as depicted in the Book of Revelations. You know not. I have run in twelve political races and still I have not been convinced I am not The Returning Christ although sometimes I feel like Jonah and want to find the belly of a whale to hide. Believe it or don't, if I ever believe I am not The Returning Christ I will stop saying I am the Returning Christ. I ask the I-Ching questions from time to time because I have found the I-Ching to offer insight.

March 30, 2006 Update.

Well I am updating this a little because what I wrote almost exactly a year ago nearly blows My mind. It really angered Me that the good guys did not save My beloved Brandy because I knew they could. But the good guys have an awesome plan even though I do not understand it all, and I guess Brandy's death is an important part in their plan. But the girl I said was in the bad guys' cross hairs in fact did die March 8, 2006. My friend probably does not see it from My position but in My opinion the bad guys manipulated her death. This is a big miracle of My life. God brought her back to life. I was in a chair next to her in the ER room and I felt energy going through Me in massive amounts. I said to My self what in the heck is going on. Maybe God is teaching Me how to use the powers He is bestowing on Me. Who knows. My friend came out of a coma a few hours later and I was so happy I cried and I never cry. For some reason God and the good guys want My friend to live so I doubt I have to worry about her again. The good guys must be protecting her for some important reason and I doubt she could die even if she wanted. Thank you God. Not usually in this dramatic fashion but mess like this has been happening to Me since about 1994 and after a while it makes one say to one's self something like "WoW, What is going on here?" So if anyone wants to know why I think I may be The Returning Christ, well, its a stuff like this. I don't think My friend thought I was The Returning Christ. Maybe this is the method in the madness. One of those acts of God that cause us to mumble to ourselves, "OK God You have made Your point. You are real and damn powerful. A shut my mouth kind of a deal." God needs Robin and everyone around Me to believe I am The Returning Christ. Why? Because the acts of God, ie the manifestation of The Returning Christ become reality through faith. My friend may never admit she is in the middle so something weird, but I bet she is talking to herself about this deal.

BACKGROUND

Since November 3, 2004, there has been a groundswell of concern, and a plethora of evidence, that the conduct of the 2004 Presidential election in the United States was highly problematic. These concerns have been belittled by many and ignored by the corporate media in this country. However, the weight of the evidence is overwhelming that a multi-faceted strategy of voter intimidation and disenfranchisement, potential manipulation of electronically cast votes in many states, and other instances of election fraud and theft improperly influenced the will of the American people and may have subverted the "consent of the governed". This evidence was sufficient to have stimulated the Government Accountability Office and U.S. Representative John Conyers and other national leaders to investigate the evidence of wrong-doing. This evidence also caused the U.S. Congress to suspend their routine business and to debate the merits of accepting Ohio's electoral votes on January 6, 2005, a historic occasion that highlighted the many problems in Ohio and also served to shed light on similar problems in other states. With this Congressional debate, the American people's responsibility to win back our democratic process was enumerated and enjoined.

To date, most of the discussion and information sharing on the problems with the 2004 election have occurred in the virtual world of the Internet. While there have been some local gatherings and regional and national protests focused on this issue, there has been no opportunity for concerned citizens, researchers, activists and elected officials to meet under one roof to review the wealth of evidence for the many threats to our democratic processes which the 2004 election revealed and to discuss the urgent need for election reform. While some panels on this topic have been added to several national meetings, these panels are not nearly sufficient to present all of the evidence for the 2004 election problems. It is also insufficient to fully inform the American people enough to motivate them to seek redress for the violations of our voting rights which occurred with this past election and to coalesce sentiment around an election reform agenda.

For these reasons, this three day Gathering To Save Our Democracy - A National Conference will provide the appropriate forum for expanding public awareness, for congregating the accumulated knowledge under one roof and for providing a platform for mobilizing support for election reform and justice.

Nashville, Tennessee is the setting of this conference. Nashville has a proud history of early successes in the 1960s civil rights movement, we are in a Southern and supposedly "red" state (we prefer to consider ourselves an Orange State, in deference to the Ukrainian example), we are centrally located within a day's drive of 60% of the U.S. population, we have an international airport serviced by a dozen major airlines, and we have several locations tentatively identified as appropriate and historic venues for hosting the conference. But most importantly, we have an energetic (and growing) band of citizen-activists for election reform in Tennessee who would insure the successful implementation of this conference.

This conference will be a comprehensive and historic event that will bring together the "major players" who have surfaced in the dialogue over the problems with the 2004 election and the need for election reform. We also anticipate that the conference will be a gathering place for the many concerned citizens throughout the nation and the world who are intent on preserving democracies. We hope that this conference will help break the media silence about the problems with the 2004 election within our country and provide a forum for increasing the world's attention to our threatened democratic principles. In addition, we will hold discussion sessions before and after the conference to exchange ideas and build coalitions to pursue the necessary elements of election reform and to redress our concerns with the 2004 election.
