What's the problem here? The investigation of bribery. Paul Volcker sent Oscar Wyatt, Jr. to prison over the Iraqi Oil for Food scandal but nothing will happen to Jacob Rothchild when he bribes Iraqi Parliament to pass the "New" Iraqi Oil Law.

Paul Volcker is a treasonous zioni$t communi$t who has worked for Jacob Rothchild and the Rockefellers to overthrown the United States, making the USA their communi$t fiefdom, and to give them the "Affirmative Action" they are too lazy and cowardly to earn fairly, all his life. In 1975 Mr. Volcker became president of the Rothchilds' Federal Reserve Bank of New York before he became chairman of the Federal Reserve, another Rothchild company, from 1979 until 1987. While chairman of the Federal Reserve, Mr. Volcker raised the Federal Funds rate to over 20 %, decimating the American people, destroying a big chunk of the Middle Class, and small businesses financially, and making the Rothchilds' and Rockefellers' trillions in the process. Following his Federal Reserve carnage, Mr. Volcker in 1987 left the Fed to became chairman of another Jacob Rothchild company, J. Rothschild, Wolfensohn & Co., a corporate advisory and investment firm in New York, run by James D. Wolfensohn, who was later to become president of the World Bank.

In April 2004, Volcker went to work for Jacob Rothchilds' United Nations, to drum up charges against Oscar Wyatt and other small potato oil men, small relative to the Rothchilds and Rockefellers, to eliminate fair competition to Iraq's oil and to give Iraq's oil to the Rothchilds and Rockefellers. The Volcker directed Rothchild hustle was named the "Iraqi Oil for Food program," and Volcker succeeded in sending Mr. Wyatt to prison. Now the Rothchilds and Rockefellers, had the Iraqi Oil Law proposed to the Iraqi Parliament, and recently offered 138 Iraqi parliament members, the necessary number to get the Rothchild/Iraq Oil Law passed, $5 million each to vote in favor of this "Affirmative Action" giving Exxon/Mobile and other oil companies owned by Jacob Rothchild and the Rockefellers Iraq's oil.

One would think if Paul Volcker gave a flip about bribery when he was working for the United Nations to clean up "Oil for Food" corruption, then the United Nations would be concerned about US oil companies bribing Iraqi Parliament members relative to the "New" Iraqi Oil Law, and the UN would investigate the $150 million bribery allegation. Don't hold your breath. Mr. Volcker's so called clean up of the Iraqi Oil for Food bribery scandal was really a Jacob Rothchild big oil scam to get rid of competition from oil men like Oscar Wyatt, Jr. Now that the only players in Iraq's oil are Jacob Rothchild big oil Exxon/Mobil types, don't expect any investigation.

American Oil companies offered five million dollars to each Iraqi MP to pass the Oil law

An Iraqi MP preferred to remain anonymous told the newspaper that highly confidential negotiations took place by representatives from American oil companies, offering $5 million to each MP who votes in favor of the Oil and Gas law.

The amount that could be paid to pass the votes do not exceed $150 million dollars in the case of $5 million to each MP, pointing out that the Oil law requires 138 votes to pass, which the Americans want to guarantee in many ways, including vote-buying, intimidation and threats!

Focusing on the heads of parliamentary blocs and influential figures in the parliament to ensure the votes, the Americans guaranteed the Kurdish votes in advance but they are seeking enough votes to pass and approve the law as soon as possible.

In 1952 he joined the staff of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a full-time economist. He left that position in 1957 to become a financial economist with the Chase Manhattan Bank. In 1962 he joined the U.S. Treasury Department as director of financial analysis, and in 1963 he became deputy under-secretary for monetary affairs. He returned to Chase Manhattan Bank as vice president and director of planning in 1965.

From 1969 to 1974 Mr. Volcker served as under-secretary of the Treasury for international monetary affairs. He played an important role in the decisions surrounding the U.S. decision to suspend gold convertibility in 1971, which resulted in the collapse of the Bretton Woods system. In general he acted as a moderating influence on policy, advocating the pursuit of an international solution to monetary problems. After leaving the U.S. Treasury, he became president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 1975 to 1979, leaving to take up the chairmanship of the Federal Reserve in August 1979.

Paul Volcker was appointed Chairman of the Federal Reserve in August 1979 by President Jimmy Carter and reappointed in 1983 by President Ronald Reagan. [2] Volcker's Fed is widely credited with ending the United States' stagflation crisis of the 1970s by limiting the growth of the money supply, abandoning the previous policy of targeting interest rates. Inflation, which peaked at 13.5% in 1981, was successfully lowered to 3.2% by 1983. [1] The change in policy contributed to the significant recession the U.S. economy experienced in the early 1980s, which included the highest unemployment levels since the Great Depression.

However, Volcker's Fed also elicited the strongest political attacks and most wide-spread protests in the history of the Federal Reserve (unlike any protests experienced since 1922) due to the effects of the high interest rates on the construction and farming sectors, culminating in indebted farmers driving their tractors onto C Street and blockading the Eccles Building.[3]

In 1975 he had become a senior fellow in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. After leaving the Federal Reserve in 1987 he became chairman of the prominent New York investment banking firm, J. Rothschild, Wolfensohn & Co., a corporate advisory and investment firm in New York, run by James D. Wolfensohn, who was later to become president of the World Bank.

He was appointed as a member of the Hong Kong Chief Executive's Council of International Advisers in the years of 1998-2005[2].

In April 2004, the United Nations assigned Volcker to research possible corruption in the Iraqi Oil for Food program. In the report summarising its research, Volcker criticized Kojo Annan, son of UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, and the Swiss company Cotecna Inspection SA, Kojo's employer, for trying to conceal their relationship. However, he concluded in his March 2005 report that “there is no evidence that the selection of Cotecna in 1998 was subject to improper influence of the Secretary General in the bidding or selection process”[4]. Volcker was a director of the United Nations Association of the United States of America between 2000 and 2004, prior to his being appointed to the Independent Inquiry by Kofi Annan.

As of October 2006, he is the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the influential Washington-based financial advisory body, the Group of Thirty, and is a member of the Trilateral Commission. He has had a long association with the Rockefeller family, not only with his positions at Chase Bank and the Trilateral Commission, but also through membership of the Trust Committee of Rockefeller Group, Inc. (RGI), which he joined in 1987. That entity managed, at one time, the Rockefeller Center on behalf of the numerous members of the Rockefeller clan. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International House in Manhattan, NY. He was a founding member of the Trilateral Commission.

Oscar Wyatt jailed over oil-for-food bribes

Oscar Wyatt, the Texas oilman whose playboy son ( What does Mr. Wyatt's son have to do with the price of rice in East Asia? Put in by Rothchild's media to slant public opinion against Mr. Wyatt.) was implicated in the divorce of the Duchess of York, has been sentenced to a year and a day in prison for his part in the UN oil-for-food scandal.

Oscar Wyatt has been sentenced to 18 to 24 months in prison
Wyatt, 83, pleaded guilty last month to paying millions of dollars in bribes to officials in Saddam Hussein's regime.

He will become the most prominent figure to be jailed over corruption in the programme to buy oil from Iraq.

As part of a plea deal, Wyatt had agreed to be sentenced to 18 to 24 months in prison and forfeit £5.5 million, conceding that he approved a £100,000 illegal payment directly to an Iraqi bank account in December 2001.

In shortening his sentence, the New York judge, Denny Chin, may have been influenced by dozens of letters sent to him by public figures pleading for leniency.

They reportedly included a letter from the actress and Charlie's Angels star Farrah Fawcett. She wrote that Wyatt's "kindness and generosity of spirit" to her father, an oil field contractor in Texas, had helped provide their family with the "comfort and security of a humble yet rich life".

Prosecutors dropped four other counts against Wyatt, cutting short a trial in which they alleged he paid secret kickbacks to Saddam's government to win oil contracts.

advertisementThe UN's oil-for-food programme, which ran from 1996 to 2003, was created to help Iraqis cope with sanctions imposed after Saddam's invasion of Kuwait.

Although it allowed the Iraqi government to sell oil in order to buy humanitarian goods, the programme was eventually undermined by corruption as Iraqi officials began demanding illegal surcharges in return for oil contracts.

A self-made, notoriously gruff billionaire who started out as a crop duster, Wyatt later married Lynn Sakowitz, a Texan heiress and friend of Lord Lloyd-Webber and Sir Elton John.

Possibly the biggest proof Saddam Hussein and Big George are on the same side occurred when Big George helped Saddam Hussein stay in power after the first Gulf War.

It was he (Big George) who in February 1991, as American forces were driving Saddam's troops out of Kuwait, called for the people of Iraq to rise up and overthrow the dictator. That message was repeatedly broadcast across Iraq. It was also contained in millions of leaflets dropped by the U.S. Air Force. Eager to end decades of repression, the Shiites arose. Their revolt spread like wildfire; in the north, the Kurds also rose up. Key Iraqi army units joined in. It looked as if Saddam's days were over.

The Big George Bush administration actually planned and aided Saddam destruction of Shiites.

Saddam brutally counter-attack against the Shiites, knowing Big George had given the order to American troops already deep inside Iraq and armed to the teeth not to assist the Shiites in any way -- though everyone knew that they were condemning the Shiites to cruel Big George type mass murder. Thanks to their high-flying reconnaissance planes, U.S. commanders would observe the brutal process as it occurred.

At the time, Rocky Gonzalez was a Special Forces warrant officer serving with U.S. troops in southern Iraq. Because he spoke Arabic, he was detached to serve with the Third Brigade of the 101st Infantry when the ground war began. There were about 140 men in his unit, which was stationed at Al Khadir on the Euphrates, just a few kilometers from Kerbala and Najaf.

From their base, Rocky and his units watched as Saddam's forces launched their counterattack against the Shiites. Thousands of Shiites fled toward the American lines, said Gonzalez. "All of a sudden, as far as the eye could see on Highway Five, there was just a long line of vehicles, dump trucks, tractors -- any vehicle they could get -- coming to us in streams."

"The Shiites wanted aid, they wanted medical treatment, and some of the individuals wanted us to give them weapons and ammunition so they could go and fight. One of the refugees was waving a leaflet that had been dropped by U.S. planes over Iraq. Those leaflets told them to rise up against Big George's buddy Saddam Hussein and free themselves."

"They weren't asking us to fight. They felt they could do that themselves. Basically they were just saying 'we rose up like you asked us, now give us some weapons and arms to fight.'"

The American forces had huge stocks of weapons they had captured from the Iraqis. But Big George ordered them blown up rather than turn them over to the Shiitess. "It was gut-wrenching to me," said Gonzalez. "Here we were sitting on the Euphrates River and Big George, Saddam's buddy, ordered us to stop. As a human being, I wanted to help, but as a solider I had my orders."

A Shiite survivor said he had seen other American forces at the river town of Nassiriya destroy a huge cache of weapons that Shiites desperately needed. "They blew up an enormous stock of arms," he said. "If we had been able to get hold of them, the course of history would have been changed, because Saddam had nothing left at that moment."

6 pipelines blown up in Mexico

MEXICO CITY -- -- In an apparent case of politically motivated sabotage, six explosions blew apart oil and natural gas pipelines operated by Mexico's Pemex state oil and gas monopoly early Monday in Veracruz and Tlaxcala states.

Mexico is the world's sixth-largest oil producer and a major supplier of petroleum to the U.S. The outages drove the price of oil above $78 a barrel in futures trading Monday.

President Felipe Calderon is traveling in India.

"In the democratic Mexico of today there is no place for these criminal acts," Calderon said in a statement in New Delhi.

There also is continuing rancor over last year's presidential election, in which Calderon narrowly defeated former Mexico City Mayor Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, whose supporters claimed widespread voter fraud.

The EPR is one of several guerrilla factions that have emerged since 1994 in the Pacific state of Guerrero.

The attacks helped push oil prices higher in New York futures trading Monday. Oil for October delivery increased 79 cents to $77.49 a barrel, then rose as high as $78.47 a barrel in late electronic trade, near the record $78.77 reached Aug. 1.
