Cowardly and with deception, when Americans were focused on the November 4, 2006 elections, comrade War Criminal Little George signed October 17, 2006 the John W. Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2006 which provides for the “Use of the Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies.” Specifically, the new bill's language adds “natural disaster, (a Donald Rumsfeld manipulated Tamiflu) epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident” to the list of conditions permitting the President to take over local authority. Its language alters the two-centuries-old Insurrection Act, which Congress passed in 1807 to limit the president's power to deploy troops within the United States. That law has long allowed the president to mobilize troops only “to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy.”“- if domestic violence has occurred to such an extent that the constituted authorities of the State or possession are incapable of maintaining public order.”The anti-Christ administration also broadened what constitutes “conspiracy” in its definition of enemy combatants — anyone who “has purposely and materially supported hostilities against the United States,” in the language of the Military Commissions Act (PL 109-366) — critics say it’s a formula for executive branch mischief. Neocons can now declare true Americans, you and me, enemy combantants.

One of the few on the Hill to complain, Sen. Patrick J. Leahy, D-Vt., warned that the measure virtually invites the White House to declare federal martial law. It “subverts solid, longstanding posse comitatus statutes that limit the military’s involvement in law enforcement, thereby making it easier for the President to declare martial law,” he said in remarks submitted to the Congressional Record on Sept. 29.

“The changes to the Insurrection Act will allow the President to use the military, including the National Guard, to carry out law enforcement activities without the consent of a governor,” he said.

Moreover, he said, it breaks a long, fundamental tradition of federal restraint.

“Using the military for law enforcement goes against one of the founding tenets of our democracy.”

And he criticized the way it was rammed through Congress.

It “was just slipped in the defense bill as a rider with little study,” he fumed. “Other congressional committees with jurisdiction over these matters had no chance to comment, let alone hold hearings on, these proposals.”

No matter: Safely tucked into the $526 billion defense bill, it easily crossed the goal line on the last day of September.

A search of The Washington Post and New York Times (owned by zioni$t communi$t Ottie $ulzberger - he wants the USA under Martial Law so rich people will have their money stolen from them and given to zioni$t communi$t$) archives, using the terms “Insurrection Act,” “martial law” and “Congress,” came up empty.

That’s not to say the papers don’t care: (Sure) There’s just too much going on in the global war on terror to keep up with, much less write about such a seemingly insignificant provision. The martial law section of the Defense Appropriation Act, for example, takes up just a few paragraphs in the 591-page document.

Tamiflu is the only medicine which ‘possibly’ might reduce symptoms of Avian Flu. The giant Swiss pharmaceutical firm, Roche, holds the sole license to manufacture Tamiflu. The order books for Roche's Tamiflu are overflowing. The US Congress asked Roche to allow other drug manug´facturers to produce Tamiflu - "No way." Tamiflu, some call it "Rummy Flu," was developed and patented in 1996 by Gilead Sciences Inc NASDAQ (GILD) - where Donald H. Rumsfeld had been on the board since 1988 until he was named Chairman of the Board of Gilead Sciences in 1997, where he remained until early 2001 when he became Secretary of Defense.

Just as comrade Cheney has made millions killing kids, spreading communi$m, and making war on the USA, through his Halliburton stock, comrade Rumsfeld has made millions off his Gilead stock. comrade Little George ordered the US Government to buy $ 2 billion worth of Tamiflu.

On November 1, 2005 President George W. Bush went to the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland to hold a high profile press conference, to announce a 381-page plan, officially called the Pandemic Influenza Strategic Plan.

It was no ordinary Bush photo opportunity. This one was meant to be a big splash event. The President was surrounded by almost half his cabinet, including Secretary of State Condi Rice, joined by the Secretaries of Homeland Security, Agriculture, Health & Human Services, Transportation and, interestingly enough, Veteran Affairs. And, just to underscore that this was a big deal, the White House invited the Director-General of the World Health Organization, who flew in from Geneva for the occasion.

The President began his remarks with the now-obligatory scare-story from 1918: ‘At this moment, there is no pandemic influenza in the United States or the world. But if history is our guide, there is reason to be concerned. In the last century, our country and the world have been hit by three influenza pandemics -- and viruses from birds contributed to all of them. The first, which struck in 1918, killed over half-a-million Americans and more than 20 million people across the globe…’

Prominent among the President’s list of emergency measures was a call for Congress to appropriate another $1 billion explicitly for Tamiflu.

Donald Rumsfeld opted to buy another $18 million worth of Gilead Sciences and then waited until October 26, 2005 before issuing an official Department of Defense press statement that he had ‘recused’ himself from involvement in any future Pentagon decisions involving Gilead Sciences. By then, the Pentagon had already decided to stockpile millions of doses of Tamiflu.

In March Britain’s Tony Blair, ordered the UK Government to buy enough Tamiflu drugs to supply 25% of the 56 million British citizens.

Gilead has a total market capitalization of $ 22 billion. Its board today includes Bechtel Corporation director and former Secretary of State, George P. Shultz. According to Fortune, Shultz turned a neat $7 million profit earlier this year in insider selling of some of his Gilead stock.

The Gilead Sciences board also includes Gordon Moore of Intel, and Viscount Etienne Davignon, the Belgian Count who seems to be involved in everything big and Atlanticist, whether it be Bilderberg meetings or Trilateral Commissions, and now, profiting from the Bird Flu panic.

Donald Rumsfeld is an accomplished hand at getting the government to buy vaccines from companies in which he has a direct financial interest. In November 2001 comrade Little George ordered that the US’ remaining stock of smallpox microbes, stored at the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, not be destroyed as the world community had been urging. One of the September 11, 2001 terror scenarios discussed widely by the Administration was a possible release of a deadly smallpox attack that would devastate the American population. The United States and Russian Governments at the time held the only known smallpox microbe stocks known. The disease had long since been eradicated.

The Administration announced at the time it was backing development of a new vaccine for smallpox that could be given the entire population.

Defense Secretary Rumsfeld at that time ordered members of the Armed Forces to be inoculated against smallpox, an inoculation with horrendous side-effects. Rumsfeld’s smallpox package also included ordering Pentagon stockpiling of a drug named Vistide, supposedly to minimize side-effects of smallpox infection should it occur.

Vistide was a product of Gilead Sciences. Rumsfeld was the person who signed off on the decision to give US Troops Vistide. As Rumsfeld well knew, Vistide had some pretty hefty side effects - renal toxicity, neutropenia, fever, anemia, headache, hair loss, uveitis and/or iritis, and abdominal pain.

The alarming aspect to this Tamiflu, Vistide and proposed new legal regimes for the ‘vaccine industry,’ is the fact that it all fits, evidently, into a far larger strategy that the Administration seems to have been developing for some time. During the smallpox scare three years ago, the Administration got Republican Congressmen to insert a paragraph into the Homeland Security bill that would give immunity for liability to drug companies who manufacture smallpox vaccine. Now when the Neocons direct drug companies infect our brave soldiers or us with bird flu or some other pandemic causing virus, the drug companies have no legal liability.

comrade Little George is seeking to vastly expand that drug company immunity, using the climate of fear around Avian Flu.

The President, in his November 1 NIH pandemic speech, proposed completely exempting drug makers from being sued for their products. Explicitly he termed it ‘liability protection for the makers of life-saving vaccines.’ Stripped of its nice-sounding noble rhetoric, it means drug makers can produce and promote whatever they choose to foist on the public, whether it be Vistide, Tamiflu or Thalidomide, and fear no legal consequences.

One need only think for a minute about the consequences of removing the gains of more than a Century of bitter battles to establish even minimal controls over what drugs can be sold to the public.

During the 1960’s in Germany, Dr. Heinrich Mueckter, an infamous Nazi doctor, wanted by the Polish government for hideous experiments using live Typhus on concentration camp inmates, founded a drug company in West Germany where he developed a drug he marketed as a harmless sleeping tablet. His product, Contergan, was advertised as so harmless that it could be sold over-the-counter and one million Germans used it daily to sleep. He specially marketed his drug for ‘pregnant mothers’ having sleep problems. The results were soon clear in the form of tens of thousands of grotesquely deformed births. The drug he developed contained Thalidomide. At that time, German law left regulation of such drugs to the industry, a kind of self-policing, or to local government.

In promoting drug industry immunity from legal damage suits, the President claims he is ‘breaking down barriers to vaccine production.’ In reality he is taking steps to create an environment which not even the Nazi doctors and drug companies during the Third Reich enjoyed—they had to be secretive about their actions. This is a very alarming precedent should it become law. The real question to ask is what could be so important to compel the President of the United States to put his own population at risk in such an unfettered drug environment?

Tyson Foods, and other competition eliminating price fixing chicken chicken producers, live at the bottom of the zioni$t communi$t septic tank and may end up complicit in spreading bird flu and putting the United States under Martial Law. Are they also responsible for breeding unsanitary conditions and exporting the product worldwide causing disease, illness and even deaths?

Look to the giant ‘chicken jails’ or chicken factory farms around the world as a more likely source for emerging Bird Flu viruses, not to small peasant chicken farmers, and we might be closer to the truth.

It is not the huge, unsanitary, overcrowded factory chicken farms of the global agri-giants which are being scrutinized as a possible incubator or source of H5N1 or other diseases. Rather, the target is the small chicken farmers in especially Asia, with at most perhaps 10 to 20 chickens, who stand to lose big-time in the current Bird Flu hysteria.

Over the past three decades, zioni$t communi$t$ have almost destroyed small, carefully-run family farms producing some wheat, maybe corn, dairy and perhaps eggs and poultry fed and raised in a free-running farm area.

Today food has become a concentrated, vertically integrated multinational business, which they named agribusiness. The criterion is no longer human food safety or quality. It is corporate profit.

The industrialization of chicken-raising and slaughtering in the USA, which is known as ‘factory farming’ is a process whose inner workings are unknown to most people - known, we likely would never again eat a Chicken McNugget or a KFC chicken dinner, both of which are supplied, by Tyson.

Thanks to coward communi$t price fixers, US regulators and Congressmen seem to have forgotten the tough laws against vertical integration in the meatpacking and poultry industry following widespread health and human abuse exposed by Upton Sinclair inside the Chicago meatpacking industry.

The five companies account for well over 370 million pounds per week of ready-to-cook chicken, some 56% of all ready-to-eat poultry produced in the USA. That is a level of concentration far in excess of anything in the 1920’s.

Tyson Foods processes 155 million pounds of chicken a week, with over $26 billion a year in revenue. During the latest Bird Flu scare, for the Quarter ending September 30, 2005, Tyson Foods’ earnings rose an eye-popping 49%, and, despite a 10% fall in chicken sales, its profit in chickens grew a robust 40%.

Boosting productivity for Tyson and the other chicken giants clearly means one thing: speedup of the production line, further slashing labor costs, and reducing safety measures in their slaughtering and packing plants.

The UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) released a report in 2004 on the economic impact to date of Avian or Bird Flu. It noted that the main impact of the panic which has grown globally since around 2003, has been price fixing and running competition out of business.The impact of countries banning both Thai and Chinese poultry exports,’ the FAO report noted, ‘are leading to higher international poultry prices and increase in sales by Tyson Foods and other US suppliers.

Asia today is home to seven billion chickens, fully 40% of the world total. US chicken giants like Tyson Foods, have literally been drooling at the prospect of breaking into the vast market in Asia, Japan and China for several years. Bird Flu is giving them that chance and more.

Scientists are able to replace the entire world chicken population with genetically-engineered chicks allegedly resistant to H5N1 virus. A scam scenario. Tyson Foods exports Avian Flu chickens to Chinese domestic chicken factory farms. Eliminates competition. Tyson Foods builds chicken factories in China and Asia and stocks them with genetically-engineered chicks allegedly resistant to H5N1 virus. The question is how are the zioni$t communi$t$ going to use Tyson Foods to create a Bird Flu pandemic in the United States which comrade Little George will use to put Americans under Marshall Law?

Tyson Foods, based in Bill Clinton’s home state of Arkansas, enjoyed intimate ties to the Clinton Administration during the 1990’s. Some would say too intimate. It was Tyson General Counsel, James Blair, who set up a sweetheart deal to get comrade Hillary Clinton in to highly risky cattle futures, turning her $1,000 investment into a quick $100,000 windfall. Soon after helping Hillary, Tyson Foods found a friend in the new Clinton Secretary of Agriculture, Mike Espy.

Tyson is also adept at taking over rivals. In 1997, after repeatedly failing in a takeover bid, Tyson bought rival poultry producer Hudson Foods at a steeply-discounted price.

Hudson Foods was suddenly hit with an e coli bacteria scandal. US Government regulators sent in a so-called ‘SWAT team’ to shut down operations. zioni$t communi$t NYTs type press carried horror stories about the company. Within hours, the company's stock value plummeted. Within weeks, rival Tyson Foods bought Hudson Foods. Tyson CEO Don Tyson’s Arkansas friend Bill Clinton was President of the United States, theoretically responsible for deployment of such operations as Federal Swat Teams to shut down companies. Tyson Foods was able to buy Hudson Foods for a fraction of its worth and only after the small company had been brought to its knees, at least in part through a public health scare and some Hillary Clinton communi$t type government brute force. No one ever proved that Tyson and the Clinton Administration were in cahoots. Yet no one ever proved the opposite either. Tyson had swallowed another rival, anaconda-style.

US chicken consumption is up 24% since 1995, not enough for the "Money is God" executives at Tyson Foods. They have their eyes on the vast China and Asian market for chickens, even if it includes treason, making war on the USA - spreading bird flu, killing millions, and giving comrade Little George an excuse to put the USA under Marshall Law, is my hunch.

‘Health and safety laws and regulations fail to address critical hazards in the meat and poultry industry.

The GAO study also confirmed a dramatic change in the US meat and poultry industry since the Reagan Administration first opened the doors to union-busting and vertical integration and concentration in the industry by de facto ignoring enforcement of anti-trust and industrial safety laws such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA).

‘Tyson runs sixty poultry processing plants engaged in slaughtering, dressing, cutting, packaging, de-boning and further processing fifty million chickens per week.’ 7

According to Earthsave International, some 30% of US chicken is tainted with Salmonella and fully 62% with the equally virulent Campylobacter. Time magazine termed raw chicken, ‘one of the most dangerous items in the American home.’ In 1997 contaminated chicken killed at least 1,000 in the United States and poisoned and made sick 80 million others, orders of magnitude more deadly than Avian Flu, but unreported in the media. Tyson, Perdue and the other agribusiness chicken giants have created scientific breeding grounds for disease and pathogens.

The concentration of so many animals in centralized, mechanized growing areas or chicken jails across America has led to huge waste and pollution problems.

The WHO recently described the conditions which are the origin of Bird Flu. In an interview with a China media in early 2004, before the present Washington alarm over Bird Flu pandemic dangers, the Geneva health organization described the conditions under which the Bird Flu virus would spread. The WHO said H5N1 was ‘largely transmitted through bird droppings and uncooked meat.’

When a contaminated chicken makes an excrement the H5N1 strain of avian influenza circulates in the air and is carried by the wind, according to the WHO findings. ‘Piled one on top of the other in cramped cages, the birds easily pass the disease on with their dirty droppings,’ the WHO said, noting that chicken breeders also risked inhaling the bug and got infected easier.

Chickens piled on top of one another in cramped cages filled with dirty bird feces and poor ventilation is an accurate description of the documented conditions of the factory chicken farms of Tyson Foods, Perdue Farms and other US chicken agribusiness giants.

Dr Walter Sontag, an Austrian zoologist who has studied the development of the H5N1 virus,says, ‘A high density (of birds) in a small space with defined food and water availability, and in addition, poor hygiene conditions promote an explosive spread of pathogenic germ cells.’

It is at least clear that a lot more explanation from responsible governments and health officials is due on the true origins and threats of Avian Flu.
