A Look at Ilario Pantano's Possible Prior Knowledge of and Connect to September 11
Ilario Pantano has won the Republican Party primary in North Carolina US House of Representatives District # 7 race and faces Mike McIntyre November 2. In my opinion the reason Pantano won the race is because the New York Times' newspaper the Star News primarily, and the Fayetteville Observe newspaper, secondarily, a newspaper which is not owned by the New York Times, support him. The Star News may disputes this. Their denials will not ring true. The winner of November General will represent SE North Carolina in Washington DC. What do we know about Pantano? Basically nothing and only what Pantano tells us? The Star News has not even told the voters of the 7th that Pantano is not a native of SE North Carolina. Many voters naturally assume he is. Why? Because our US House of Representatives have always been natives of SE North Carolina.
There is only one reason the Star News feels the 7th should make Ilario Pantano our next US House Representative. Pantano has raised over $100,000.00. So far, the Star News has given the voters no other reason Pantano should be elected. In my opinion the real reason the Star News supports Pantano is that Pantano is a Neocon and wants to bomb Iran. The Neocon behavior of the Star News and Pantano is so unAmerican and unConstitutional I am not in the mood of rehashing it at the moment. What I would like to do in this article is give some reasons I feel Pantano may have even had prior knowledge of September 11. Even if I am correct Pantano did have prior knowledge of September 11, how then can I draw the outrageous conclusion that Pantano may have even been in on it? Because of the manner Pantano killed the two Arabs in Iraq. The result of September 11 and Pantano's shooting of the two Arabs in Iraq are the same. They both recruit radical Islamists to make war on America. Also I come to this outrageous possible conclusion, Pantano may have even been in on September 11, because of Pantano's inaccuracies and misstatements in his story and the fact his story has not been verified. The Star News is in on laying on the voters of SE North Carolina Pantano's deception because they have not verified Pantano's story including proof he was a licensed commodity broker, release of his passport, proof of the dates and where he went to high school and college and proof Pantano was actually given stock options in Constellation Energy. Since I started writing this Pantano has said he was not a licensed commodity broker which is nice he has decided to tell the truth on this issue. Hopefullly he feels better about himself. Pantano needs to prove he in fact received stock options in Constellation Energy.
Let's get into it. How is it possible Ilario Pantano may have had prior knowledge of September 11? At this point in time I am not going to get in to a lengthy look at Pantano's misstatements in connection to Constellation.

As the box below shows, Mr. Shattuck, when he worked for the investment firm Alex. Brown & Sons at their San Francisco branch, was a Director of Baltimore Gas and Electric beginning in 1994. Baltimore Gas and Electric became Constellation Energy in 1999. Although Panatano got the name of the company he worked wrong and the date Constellation Energy began operating, it is still the company he said he worked and Mr. Shattuck was involved with the company every minute and more Pantano said he worked at Constellation Power.

From Wikipedia we find that while Mr. Shattuck worked for Alex.Brown and Sons he was second behind Buzzy Krongard who became Executive Director of the CIA in March 2001 and was Executive Director of the CIA during September 11 and until 2004.

Mr. Shattuck is an old time buddy of Buzzy Krongard going back to the days they worked together in San Gaycisco for Alex. Browns and Sons.

The bottom line is Mr. Krongard has suspected prior knowledge of September 11 which he is suspected to have given to his old firm Alex.Brown & Sons so they could make a quick buck from the actions of those who hate America and make war on her. Alex Brown links to Mr. Shattuck which links to Constellation Energy which links to Pantano. Pantano links to the unsuspecting voters of the 7th because the New York Times, the Star News and the Fayetteville Observer keep much negative information on Pantano from reaching the voters. I don't know if I want to go into it now but Alex. Brown and Sons goes back to Brown Brothers Harriman which goes back to Prescott Bush and the financing of Hitler. This entire Brown bunch is tied to Goldman Sachs, the Rothschilds, Rockefellers the Omega Agency and the bad guys who make war on the USA. Pantano could easily have a connect to this elite and this is where Pantano gets his contributions and why the New York Times does not write about Pantano's deceptions.

1. Pantano killing 2 Arabs - I sensed it was Taboo to say anything negative against Pantano - Pantano killing 2 Arabs never mentioned in forums or events.
2. Pantano rebutted “dirty politics” after I mentioned he was from NYC. Opening 3 min Closing 4 min changed to 2 and 2.
3. Sheriff badge incident. Pantano showed his Sheriff’s Badge at a forum and the Republican Party camera captured the incident and the footage is no longer on the GOP 7th web site. Pantano has not worked for the NHC Sheriff’s Department since 2007 and did not turn in his badge when he left. Sheriff’s Department got word Pantano had badge picked it up. The story goes Pantano apologized profusely. Newspaper said Pantano returned the Sherrif's badge, but whether Pantano took it to the Sheriff's Department or whether a Deputy went to his house is not clear to me.

A 10 year period from the Fall of 1993 until Pantano entered Officer Candidate School January 18, 2003 needs verification. P.61 of Warlord Pantano writes - “In 1997, electricity markets had recently been deregulated, I had the honor to be recruited for a start-up effort that Goldman was creating in partnership with the big utility company Baltimore Gas & electric, to be called Constellation Power. The intent was to marry Goldman Sach’s risk management culture with the utility’s knowledge of power generation and transmission infrastructure.” The company’s name is Constellation Energy, not Constellation Power. Constellation Energy’s records state it was formed in 1999, two years after Pantano said he went to work for Constellation Power. No mention of Goldman Sachs involvement. Brown & Sons and their suspected 9/11 insider trades, begs me to wonder if Pantano is being rewarded this House seat because of his prior knowledge of and mischief related to September 11 on behalf of the Banksters. Pantano needs to take a lie detector test to verify his stories.
